Villa Roulla  

Very nice people in charge, even the Roumanian and Russian ladies who help with the cleaning and other things. Good swimming pool. Simple appartments but with everything you need. They left even a kitchen towel and some detergent. If there´s the possibility they are not severe with de check out time.

We loved our stay here at this small, private family run hotel with small pool. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much of a problem. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. We loved our patio space outside the two apartments. It was like an extention of our room.

Friendly staff

Quite close to the Perissa Beach, a long nice beach for sunbathing. Good service as we checked in and out. We were there for only 2 days, as we wanted to try some other place for our one week of holiday. A really nice view from the studio, we could se the sea and a church. Nice place with a quite large pool and a pool bar. Nice and quiet in the night. Ok bed to sleep in but nothing special.

The shower was could, no warm water. The stairs to the bedroom could be better built. My fiance hit his head on the stairs as the refrigerator was under the stairs, could be placed elsewhere. I would have had a smaller pan to cook eggs with. The pick-up we booked at the airport with Roulla Villa, Sussi was quite expensive, 20 euro.

The staff was fantastic; really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The place has a relaxed, beachy feel.

Booking advertised our room as having the option of one double or two twin beds. It turned out that we didn't have that option when we arrived. Luckily, the very helpful staff brought us an extra fold-out bed.

Infrastructure was a bit jaded - a few things didn't work too well . A bit of noise at nights from around the pool .

Cute place, nice room with terrace, frinedly people, good value for money. Perissa may not be the most exotic place in Santorini, but is the best to enjoy the beach and relax.

Nothing important, WiFi signal was a bit weak.

Good location, not far from the black beach, abt 8 minutes walk. Good design of hotel, with a good pool for swimming.

Staff is normal, not easy for a stanger to find in the beginning, and they don't have anyone to receive and show the way have to find ourselves. No breakfast, and no drinks or coffee in the fridge. It is not near shop to buy something to cook. If wanna cook at hotel, better to prepare before arrive the hotel.

Very friendly staff, although they tried to give us an other room than we had booked at first. The hotel feels like a small neighboorhood around te central pool and outdoor bar, 'The Roulla family feeling'. We could see the sea from our balcony! The beach is 5 minutes walk distance.

The kitchen is neat, but not fully equiped. I would recommend to go out for dinner, price-quality is very good.

The Villa was perfectly located for easy access to the town, beach, restaurants and buses. A beautiful pool, surrounded by pretty apartments, all with their own facilities. Sissy and her brother were the perfect hosts. Highly recommended.

La convivialité, la piscine, le bar et le ménage régulier dans les chambres qui nous a permis de profiter de nos journées sans se poser de questions.

L'eau salé à chaque robinet mais cela doit être sur toute l'île. La propreté de la piscine qui certains jours a laissé à désirer. Et enfin le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas de façon optimale, avoir ou maintenir des aliments ou autre au frais est très limite surtout si celui-ci est chargé.

La struttura è veramente carina. La piscina molto bella con idromassaggio. La comodità di uscire dalla stanza e trovarsi la piscina a due metri. La vicinanza con le spiaggie e il lungomare. L'atmosfera allietata da Angelo (titolare) che ogni tanto suonava un pò il mandolino!! La comodità del bar intorno alla piscina, dove abbiamo poturo gustare dei caffè non male e degli ottimi toast.

Ci aspettavamo che la titolare ci venisse a prendere alla fermata del bus, visto che era l'ora di pranzo, faceva un caldo insopportabile, eravamo carichi di bagagli e non avevamo la minima idea di dove si trovasse la struttura (che poi era a 200/300 metri da lì). Invece ci ha dovuto dare una mano il titolare della taverna dove ci siamo fermati a pranzo. Inoltre segnaliamo la presenza di pochissime stoviglie e poco spazio sul terrazzino per mangiare fuori.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Los duplex son muy acojedores, con unas terrazas muy bonitas. sin dudarlo lo recomiendo. No está ni en Oia ni en Fira, pero la carretera está muy bien y en 15-20 minutos estas allí y no tienes ni problemas de aparcar, ruido...También tiene una piscina muy bonita y la playa muy cerca.

El lugar es precioso, muy comodas las habitaciones y una piscina apta para relajarte.

Villa Roula si trova in una posizione bellissima, a pochi passi dal mare e dal capolinea degli autobus. L'ambiente è accogliente e pulito, e il complesso è in vero stile greco. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo e consigliamo a tutti di passare una settimana in questa piacevole struttura e nella bellissima isola di Santorini. Elena e Paolo

Abbiamo affittato un maisonette per 4 persone La struttura è carina gestita da fratello e sorella giovani attenti alle esigenze del cliente e molto simpatici , dotata di una piscina piccolina ma con angolo idromassaggio e un bar fornito , provate un mojito farete felici Sissy la proprietaria . Le fotografie viste su booking sono reali e non ritoccate Posizione :a 5 minuti a piedi a passo lento dalla spiaggia in posizione tranquilla dotata di un parcheggio sul retro della struttura Camere : la camera affittata è divisa in due piani e corredata di ampio terrazzo , Piano terra 2 letti comodi , piccolo angolo cottura ,con frigorifero , bagno funzionale con doccia e tenda , al secondo piano camera con letto matrimoniale . il condizionatore funziona bene ed è collegato ai sensori sulle porte in modo intelligente la pulizia delle stanze è giornaliera , gli asciugamani vengono cambiati puntualmente ogni 2 giorni

unica pecca la scala a chiocciola che sale al secondo piano è piccola , non permette di salire direttamente con valigie grandi

Villa Roulla è esattamente ciò che si vede dalle foto, anzi, la piscina e la pulizia giornaliera delle camere sono sicuramente un valore aggiunto da non trascurare. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, staff disponibile e posizione ottima!

Villa Roulla è l'ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a Santorini senza spendere tantissimo e al tempo stesso avere tutti I servizi di cui ha bisogno ! Lo Staff è davvero gentile, la proprietaria molto carina nei modi , nonchè tutte le persone che sono a capo della gestione dell'albergo. La pulizia è notevole, ogni giorno si preoccupano di pulire le stanze e ho potuto notare che lavoravano davvero tanto e bene. L'ambiente è accogliente e tranquillo, Villa Roulla merita un bel 9 di approvazione !Perissa è a sud dell'isola però questo non toglie che I centri più popolati come Oia e Thira sono raggiungibile in rispettivamente 40 e 30 minuti e poi il lungomare di Perissa di pomeriggio è popolatissimo da molti giovani che frequentano carinissimi Pool Bar , quindi in definitiva Perissa è un ottimo luogo per chi vuole soggiornare a Santorini senza spendere cifre eccessive.

U hotelu Villa Roulla je lep apartmanski smesta, koji prima mlade parove,drustva i familije sa velikom decom.Cist je,blizu plaze i mesta za provod.Ima lep i odrzavan bazen sa malim jakuzijem.Gazde i osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Sve je bilo super i bez ijedne zamerke.
