I liked the staff, hotel services (including shuttle to and from Mykonos town every day), breakfast, the view from the room, the beach....

I didn't like the fact that we had to walk all the way up at the hotel after a long day at the beach

In the hotel everything is luxury and fine. The view is excellent from all the rooms. Good for relax and for business meetings as well.

You have to rent a car, or bike to visit the Island. The shutle bus service is not enough frequent to Myconos centre.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise: good (but not excellent) The room was good, had a nice view to the ocean and the beds were ok. The location is nice (quiet place in a "party" island) The beach is ok (not large but clean water and good temperature) The staff was excellent, the service was also 5*. We went to Mykonos town to have dinner almost every night on the hotel bus.

The food is not up to standard for a 5* hotel. It's ok... just that. The breakfast is ok as well. The other negative was the beach... ok, it's a reasonable beach (the sand isn't thin but the water has a good temprature). The problems are small details which would make the difference... ex: At the beach the beds are too close together, i.e. no privacy and there is little service (some water and clean towels would be good). At the hotel complementary water on the rooms would be good. All round... it's a good hotel. It's worth the 5* stars and a good value for money,... but it wasn't the best I've ever been to and it's not in the top 5.

We hae change 3 rooms, first because is not superior. Second because is on tthe road and construction compani start build new villas et 9 am. So finaly the third one was ok

El spa que tenian era bastante bueno, asi como tanto los desayunos como las cenas.

A la hora de contratar el hotel no te indican que esta en lo alto de una colina, para lo cual hay que subir andando por unas escaleras / cuesta largisima. El quad que alquilamos para movernos por la isla no nos lo dejaban subir por lo que teniamos que subir andando. Ademas, tenian servicio de autobus pero el horario era limitado asi que nosotros no pudimos usarlo cuando lo necesitabamos. Con respecto al servicio que tienen hacia el aeropuerto, el hotel te indica que te lleva ahora te junta con distintos grupos que tienen otros horarios de vuelos y te hacen estar en el aeropuerto 3 horas antes de la salida del vuelo. ( Nuestro vuelo salia a las 8 de la mañana y nos querian llevar a las 5) La habitacion deluxe, no tenia las prestaciones de un hotel de 5 estrellas, tuvimos una averia en el baño y se salia el agua sucia del retrete y ni tan siquiera nos cambiaron de habitacion, hicieron llamar al tecnico quien con todas nuestras cosas dentro intento arreglar la incidencia. Norecibimos una disculpa ni el trato para un hotel de 5 estrellas en ninguno de los servicios.

Comfort, relax, posizione panoramica, staff e struttura ottimi. Disguido trasfert in arrivo porto-albergo.
