great pool. brilliant breakfast. great breakfast waiters and housekeepers. rooms are lovely. nice bathrooms. beautiful views. luxurious! lots of costly extras, eg. internet and heated pool and spa. slightly annoying to wait for courtesy bus to get in and out of town. but still a good service! food at poolside restaurant really overprices and tasteless. |

I like the spa center, the food, the hotel staff Yes, the hotel rooms are not 5* rooms. The hotel is too expesive comparative with the accomodation conditions. I do not like the fact that there is not music, entertaiment or someting like this. Is a hotel for family with children. |

I went to relax, gather energy and be pampered.I received what I wanted. From the moment Michel (manager) received me personally, showed me my room and described the facilities my relationship with the people at the hotel became personal. It remained personal with the bar and restaurant staff. I feel I received full value, and more, for my money. |

The location is excellent, with spectacular views to the Aegean and the surroundings. The area has been urbanized carefully and with respect to the local architecture, without extravagances. The room we have been assigned was at the upper part of the complex, with superb views. In fact, the room was quite standard for a 5-star hotel, without anything special and in fact it was quite small for the hotel qualification. The views make the difference. Otherwise, the staff has been pleasant and helpful and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was included and was quite rich. Just minor remarks, as the hotel in general is excellent and by all means recommendable, if one is determined to pay the price: There was some delay in providing the room (we arrived around 12:30 and the room was not ready until 14:00). As the hotel was full, all residents tend to take breakfast around 10.00 - 10.30 (just at the closing time) and at that time the restaurant was quite busy and it was a bit difficult to get a table in the front (with views to the sea). |

This is a perfect hotel, I can say it was the best I have ever stayed. Every detail was perfect; the furniture, the staff, the breakfast, the beach... I also want to mention about the housecleaning... They cleaned up our room three times a day, let me write it in numbers, 3 times a day! I have never seen such a think in my life before... Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff and managers was perfect.. Absolutely the best hotel in Mykonos! They make you feel like a king in Myconian Resort... Absolutely 10 points!!! |

L'hospitalité Grecque, le respect, la discrétion, la disponibilité, la bonne humeur, le professionnalisme, le sourire de tout le personnel et l'excellence des services. Le personnel michel responsable fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Cadre merveilleux et très calme. L'accueil par le personnel non grec du spa. (Surtout la responsable anglaise est très désagréable, hautaine et n'a pas le sens du service, ni du respect. C'est regrettable mais doit être signalé. |

Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου,οι χώροι υποδοχής ήταν πολύ ρομαντικοί με τα φαναράκια και τα κεριά καθώς και το υπέθριο μπάρ. Ο μέτρ και το προσωπικό του πρωινού ήταν άψογο. |

Das Hotel liegt schön über einer der schönsten Buchten Mykonos. Die kostenlosen Transfers nach Mykonos-Stadt und zum Flughafen haben perfekt geklappt. Zimmer/Pool etc. ok. Personal sehr freundlich. Ausstattung etc. läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Sauber. Allerdings die Einordnung unter die "Leading Hotels of the World" ist ein bisschen übertrieben. Frühstück ok, aber nicht sensationell. Wlan ist kostenpflichtig. Bei diesem Hotelpreis muss das heute gratis sein. Die Preise für Lunch und Dinner sind auf mitteleuropäischemTop-Hauben- Niveau. Zu teuer für ein griechisches Ferienhotel. Wobei Mykonos generell verrückt teuer ist. Ein kleines Bier um 6 € (!) |

L'hotel est très agréable avec de grands espaces pour se détendre au rez de chaussée. Un large choix de service malheureusement payant au prix fort..Mais des services qui ont le mérite d'exister ! Un personnel très sympatique... Le voyage en car pour aller à la grande ville de mykonos...un conseil louez une voiture !!! Je m'attendais aussi a une chambre plus luxueuse au vu du prix élevé... |

the facility and the staff were very nice! it is very close to elia beach and provide free mat for the beach. the food in resaurant is good too. The hotel also kindly upgrades our room to one with private pool. |

O Atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários, excelente cozinha, excelente pequeno almoço, excelente localização (de frente para o mar), excelente praia privativa, apesar da distancia á cidade de myconos o hotel disponibiliza transporte para o centro em mini bus, assim como transporte do aeroporto ou do porto dos barcos; optima piscina com vista sobre o mar; Sem duvida um local muito agradavel e a visitar novamente. |
