Very nice hotel with the very beautiful green territory, clean and cosy rooms and good service. Breakfast is good. There are a lot of swimming pools, some of them are with the sea water. The hotel is very big, but you don't feel it's overcrowded. I liked everything except the beach. There are a lot of sharp and big stones in the sea, so that is dangerous to swim, especially if there are waves. I am pregnant, so for me it was impossible to swim in the sea near the hotel, that is why we went to the other local beaches with the sand in the sea. When there were constant waves near the hotel, the sea in near beacheswas calm.

The service was beyond great, everything we asked for we've got in a few minutes. The Gourmet restaurant was amazing and not too expensive, the stuff was very good and the sheaf was very talented. The hotel was absolutely amazing, lots of pools and planets all around, really beautiful in every corner. Very clean as well. the view from the hotel and around was very nice too. defensively recommended! The location is a little bit far from the center and there are not enough restaurants outside the hotel. There are 7 restaurants in the hotel but only 2 of them were open at night in October and 2 more at noon. I was expected the other ones to be open too especially because there are no other places around the hotel.

Very nice hotel. We had two rooms ( bungalows) quite large with balcony and swimming pool view. Everything was perfect. The complex is very big but you do not feel it because of the many different areas and villas that give you the idea of a village in Cretaen style. The beach is very nice. The see is wonderful Staff is always smiling and at your disposal expecially at the reception. The Spa is very well equipped and modern. Just the restaurant are a little bit boring with their menu ( same food every day) and expensive!!!. We had bb accomodation. Better to check twice the bill beacuse the waiters are used to make calculation's mistakes. Better to walk outside and have dinner or lunch in the nearby restaurants. Not easy to be reach and found if you drive your own car.

отличный тихий и красивый отель. были в начале мая, погода была отличная, вода в море теплая. обслуживающий персонал практически весь, хоть немного, но говорит по-русски. очень дружелюбны, всегда улыбаются. маленьких детей практически нет, да там для них ничего и не предусмотрено (в соседнем отеле есть площадки и детские бассейны, но в этом - нет). пляж чистый, но лежать там долго мы не могли, было ветрено. номер уютный, но небольшой (были в бунгало с бассейном). 1. немного скучновато. развлечения либо в городе (на такси), либо в баре в отеле. по утрам сразу после завтрака аквааэробика. и все.... 2. Вкусный, но однообразный завтрак и ужин, каждый день одно и то же практически. 3. Уборка в начале была хорошая, потом про нас практически забыли. С каждым днем горничная приходила реже и убиралась на скорую руку, даже шоколадки в последние дни на подушку никто не клал.

Nuovissimo, bellissimo, pulitissimo!!! Stupenda la colazione per varietà di scelta e qualità. Personale sempre a disposizione e molto gentile; parlano bene anche in italiano. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La cena nel ristorante a buffet, pur essendo varia e di buona qualità, è troppo costosa. Consiglio le taverne ed I ristorantini dei dintorni (soprattutto nel paesino delizioso di Ersonissos) dove si mangia benissimo ed abbondante (cucina locale) e si spende veramente poco.

l'architecture du resort qui malgré sa taille reste chaleureux . Les jardins très bien dessinés et merveilleusement entretenus, les nombreuses piscines , le buffet de petit déjeuner somptueux et le Chef du restaurant gastronomique. Et surtout la gentillesse , la disponibilité et l'efficacité de toute l'équipe hotellière à quelque niveau que ce soit. la plage un peu décevante mais cela vient davantage de sa situation que de son organisation. La côte crétoise manque à cet endroit d'aspérités... Par contre les couchers de soleil sont somptueux et les levers de lune aussi!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jardins et l'infrastructure de l'hotel. Le personnel était très aimable. Dans la périphérie proche de Hersonissos, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix compte tenu des prestations de luxe La nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur .

La beauté du domaine. L'étendue du site ainsi que le relief et la distance par rapport aux 2 parkings fait que vous marchez beaucoup pour aller de votre chambre à la plage ou aux restaurants: exemple de la plage à l'entrée principale (parking voiture) 10 mn de marche et en montée!! De plus à cette période, les restaurants ne sont pas toujours ouverts voir même fermés pour tout l'hiver. Les tarifs (si vous n'avez pas choisi la pension complète) sont prohibitifs(buffet 25€ par personne hors boisson!) Impossibilité aussi d'avoir des renseignements précis sur les excursions possibles dans les environs.
