The friendly, efficient and attentive attitude of the staff, the excellent location. The breakfast would be greatly improved if some fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce are included. |

The friendly hotel staff, the position of the hotel, the view from the roof garden. There was a lot of noise outside of my room(because of the vacuum cleaner, voices from the staff etc), and I was listening everything from the other rooms. |

The hotel is centrally located, near to the Acropolis and other down-town places of interest. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Although the hotel is graded as '5 Star' I would say that, public areas apart, the rooms were no better than '4 Star' hotels where we have stayed previously. Restaurant and bar prices in the hotel were frankly outrageous. For example, arriving late on our first night we decided to eat at the hotel. Dinner for 2 with the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu came to 174 Euros. Two Irish coffees in the bar cost 31 Euros. The breakfast, though on a par with most '4 Star' hotels was less varied than we have found elsewhere. At breakfast one morning the waiter half-filled our coffee cups as his coffee pot emptied. We asked if he could bring some milk when he returned with more coffee but we never saw him again. |

Really good location. Amazing view from the roof restaurant (there is space for improvement in menu though :) ). Very close to everything in the center. the room I stayed in had no view to the pool... had no view at all actually. and it was tiny. It was something like a 3* section in a 5* hotel. no information about room and no actual photos were provided by your site. |

It was just terrible, it was a real nightmare! First of all, they took 800 eur from my credit card instead of 600 eur (as they were supposed to), more over! They took 800 eur twice!!! By mistake of course! They canceled the second charge, but have not returned my money yet. Ok, never mind, after all, it's just money. the stuff were VERY annoying and VERY useless, they disturbed me 10 - 20 times a day just to ask: is everything ok? did you use your mini-bar, etc. The worst hotel in my life, I will never be their guest again. |

I am sorry, but nothing, because the monuments are not worth of the hotel. Strange offer of breakfast - too many warm buffet, but insufficient offer of pastry, f.e.they did not have croissants (!) , only 1 sort of marmelade. Slow service, some of them arrogant, they did not greet as first. Rooms small and dark, with very bad acoustic comfort. Room service average meal for superior price (cold soup, oily risotto etc). Bathub the narrowest I had ever seen. Insufficient offer of hygienic properties. Covers in bed very old and disgusting. The real standart of the hotel is good 3*. |

This is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room was nice, of a good size and clean. If we really have to think of something negative, we would say that the coffee was cold at breakfast. They keep it on the side and you have to wait for the waitress to serve it in these little cups. Breakfast was very varied and good but they only had apple jam. |

My wife and I went to Athens for New years Eve. The hotel is very nice as long as you go for the upgraded room. The other thing is the Hotel is perfectly located if you just want to see all the old sites everything is with in a 10 min walk It was a bit pricey and the breakfast was about what you would find a maybe a four star hotel. But it is included in the price so you really can't complain. |

The rooftop restaurant with views of the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. Quite spectacular. My room, which was an executive suite had no clock/radio, or liners in the trash cans. Also, their revolving door did not work one day and I ran into it causing a black eye and near concussion. Told the front desk. Did I hear from their manager? Heck no; I could have sued. They could have at least comped me a few nights stay for my trouble. |

Good location, nice stuff, very clean and big rooms. Excellent breakfast and service on the roof floor. The stuff is not always helpful. Don't trust the info they give about opening hours of main attractions. The breakfast on the ground floor is quite poor. "5 star" prices for extras. Ex. they take 4 euros to send a fax. |
