Comfortable, convenient locality, nice amenities, great breakfast buffet Would like to have had a casual restaurant or place to get light meals, but not a critical factor since there are so many places to eat nearby. |

Excellent hotel a - one of the best in Athens! Magnificent view from the window, charming bar at the swimming pool (and the pool as well). Welcome drink from the hotel was a nice addition to my overall satisfaction. |

Great location--easy walk to Acropolis, Constitution Square,Plaka. Traditional updated hotel with lovely public spaces, pool & room . Quiet. Dinner on the terrace of the rooftop restaurant overlooking the illuminated monuments of classical Athens was the best. Free internet on business center computers |

Security, friendly staff the breakfast is rich & fullfilling the pool is excellent & the service by the pool side is excellent it feels like a resort the view from the 7th floor is majestic. The parking facility was not the hotels although my family & I felt safe & secure in the hotel my final bill did not include the parking so I was concerned about where my car was parked & how safe it was. |

Very nice breakfasts, Attractive lobby, sitting areas, pool area. Very clean, helpful doormen and desk staff. Comfortable. Marble and columns, and a very nice free internet room. No information in the room regarding hotel or guest services, no rooftop restaurant information or fitness room although they have these things |

I disliked immensely The hotel was under renovation during my stay - I was on the top floor (6) of my wing. I awoke to drilling at 7am after turning in for the night at 3am. I asked to be shifted to a new room owing to being placed next to a on site construction. I wished to get more sleep that morning. This request was refused. I was told the drilling was a one off repair owing to a burst pipe. Half of my floor was cordoned off with signed notices and plastic drapes. In total in the two nights I got 6 hours sleep. On the first morning I woke in the hotel front desk tried to blame general door banging noise on family in the next room and informed me they were checking out. They denied ongoing renovation. A housekeeping staff member in lift told me they hopped to complete the renovations within the next 2 months. This hotel would be excellent otherwise, If I had slept I may have used the facilities that looked excellent. But for me I will never return. They were not up front warning of renovations. Front desk played a cat and mouse game denying that it was more than a one off repair. I did not appreciate being mislead in this way - nor trying to recover from jetlag and travel fatigue in a 5 star hotel were it was impossible to sleep past 7am. One of my worst hotel experiences. |

The only think I liked is that I left after the first nigth.
The room is one star not five. And in the internet they offer the room
from 400 euro per day for 140 euro as a special offer, so I desited to
get the offer. < |

Clean rooms, quiet and very close to downtown and the sights like Acropolis. The staff was very polite and helfpful. The breakfast was a bit boring, but that was not the reason to stay at this hotel. |

Hotel was great. All of the staff I talked to spoke at least some English if not very good English. Rooms were very clean and comfortable compared to other places I stayed in Greece. We even had a bath tub! Pool closes at 7 PM, I thought that was sort of early. Great view of Zeus's Temple and the Parthenon from the roof top, especially at night. Pool closed at 7 PM. |

friendly and helpful staff, well equipped room, panorama bar on the top of the building with excellent view on Acropol, Zeus' temple. swimming pool opens late (9:30 AM) and close too early (7:30PM). It is not convenient for business travellers if they would like to visit swimming pool before working hours or just after. |
