The rooftop restaurant with views of the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. Quite spectacular. My room, which was an executive suite had no clock/radio, or liners in the trash cans. Also, their revolving door did not work one day and I ran into it causing a black eye and near concussion. Told the front desk. Did I hear from their manager? Heck no; I could have sued. They could have at least comped me a few nights stay for my trouble. |

Good location, nice stuff, very clean and big rooms. Excellent breakfast and service on the roof floor. The stuff is not always helpful. Don't trust the info they give about opening hours of main attractions. The breakfast on the ground floor is quite poor. "5 star" prices for extras. Ex. they take 4 euros to send a fax. |

Large hotel with good facilities and in a very safe location within walking distance to archelogical sites and the plaka. Easy car and bus access. Booked a double room and was allocated a twin, without staff checking re suitability. Breakfasts had great choices, but both mornings we were there the hot dishes were not hot. |

Personnel is generally kind.. However, the hotel management has to correct the situations listed below: 1. Noisy vacuum cleaners start to work very early in the morning and makes you wake up, and feel uncomfotable.. 2. Also round breakfast tables force you to sit with others. 3. Air conditions over the breakfast tables flows dust and flies on the table. |

Location I a frequent traveller and I know 5 stars hotel when I see one, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel at all, its more like the average standard of 4 stars category, the only thing I experinced and may match my dictionary for 5 stars hotel is the lobby, but nothing else is within the category of 5 stars. E.G. even 4 star hotels have a concierge. |

The panoramic view and the most elegant fine room. Very high quality. Marble bath room, great thick and quiet rooms. The front view from the Panoramic Suite was remarkable/unforgettable! WOW! Beautiful, many neat details. Just wonderful, too bad the employees are never smiling or helpful, We were handed the keys and a map and nobody brought us to the room or helped us with our luggage... hhhm 5 stars I sort of expected a little more friendliness 1) no heating mid November! We frooze, were sick and nobody cared to change that at all. We asked for space heaters: "no". Three times we asked to change the problem, we were told to use more blanket which were not in the room either 2) 10.50 a.m. we as well as other guests were sent away from the bar/cafe with the panoramo view because it is not 11 a.m. yet. The waitor was very unfriendly 3) if you order a pot of coffee please tell room-service how many cups or else you will get only enough coffee for 1 little cup. The hotel is beautiful, but they must learn to smile and what service is about... we complained but with their attitude they'll go bankrupt because it is a crying shame 4) the restaurant serves supposedly Italian food. |

5 star hote should be more then just slippers on the rooml!!! Waiting 15 minutes for something more then just bread during breakfast. Same for coffee. No season, lots of staff - what do they wait for?! Same for the reception - not helpful. Businesscenter - NOBODY to support you with printer (lack of paper) or computer (no space to put the flash memory). |

Proximity to local attractions is excellent. Within easy walking distance to Metro stations, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis and Olympic Stadium. Wet Bar prices outrageous. 8 bucks for an 8 oz. Coke. Go to local market (turn right out of main door and walk 50 meters) to buy water, drinks and snacks at 1/8 the price. |
