Location was fantastic - easy walk to archaeological sites, museum, restaurants and tavernas. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and then you had the wonderful view as well. Great location especially for a quick visit to Athens.
The location was excellent, the breakfast buffet very good with a lovely view of the Acropolis, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The huge size of the room and the amazing windows and view and the automatic blinds. The bathroom is over the top marble heaven. Very comfortable.
The pool was closed
I enjoyed the quality of the room with the balcony overlooking the Temple of Zeuss.
Location was excellent staff was very nice. Go back to the airport - book taxi from hotel, cheap and safe.
no tea/coffee facilities in the room
The location is excellent. The hotel is beautiful and the separate sitting rooms were lovely. the view from the rooftop is exceptional and thrilling. The dinner was good and the breakfast was varied with many choices. Would be helpful if coffee service were hot. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.
The pillows in our room were lumpy and not good. Why not feather pillows for such an exceptional hotel.
I stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast is great but would be better if they change 30% of it each day - it was the same every day.
I requested one queen size bed and I got two single beds connected - so there was a whole in the middle and I do notlike that. I like true queen size bed.
The view of the Acropolis from the 7th floor restaurant/bar is brilliant - great for watching the sunrise, but cannot see the sunset. Short walk to the Acropolis.
Breakfast was average to poor for what I have experienced at other 5 star hotels. Poor/no selection of TV channels. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. Bathroom suite needed an update, as was looking fairly dated for a 5 star hotel.
I don't recommend it, I don't know how it got 5 star ratting as there is no fasilities in the room as will as staff very rod
لا انصح به لانه لا يتمتع بمواصفات الخمس نجوم
Great location near Plaka, we were lucky enough to be put on the 5th floor with a balcony and view over the Temple of Zeus.
The only niggle was the dining area for breakfast didn't seem big enough to cope with the volume of guests
Location - easy access to buses and metro as well as restaurants close by. Staff very helpful
Room was a bit crowded but maybe it was because I had a budget deal. Check in was poor as they couldn't find my booking and I was made to wait.
We were a family of 5 and they gave us two rooms one of which had an extra room with a single bed in it.
Good staff, nice entryway, soft bed.
Bed pillow cover had a rip in it, stains on the sheets, the room was a bit dated, shower head was dirty, room was smaller than we expected.
Upgrade for our occasion. (10-year wedding anniversary). Also we arrived on our flight very early and arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM, and amazingly the room was cleaned and ready for us much earlier than check-in time.
The whole hotel smelled musty, old. There was no shampoo/conditioner provided. Lamps in our room didn't work upon arrival. The pillows were not firm, we requested a firm pillow, but only one was delivered. Had to call again to get a 2nd firm pillow. The worst of all: We ordered a King size bed, but in reality it was two twin beds pushed together and the sheets were tucked in as if two separate beds. Not only could we not cuddle under the covers because of the sheets tucked in the middle, but the two beds kept coming apart and neither of us could sleep near the middle due to the gap/bump in between the two beds.
- Staff - Room size was big for Europe - Room was very clean and updated - Location
- Breakfast buffet was very nice but very crowded - no real complaints though. The food and service were awesome!
Close to the Acropolis and nice view
Breakfast was not as expected not alots of varieties
handy to sights, and shops, and eateries. roof top view, and breakfast was excellant
good area for sights, but surrounding area was old ,and dirty. full of graffiti as is all of Athens.
Close to plaka street
Breakfast open late at 7 am we had to check out at 6 am to catch our flight so we missed the breakfast
great location for the Acropolis.very friendly and helpful staff.large, comfortable room.
When we opened the door to the room we both said "WOW!" The view was fabulous, and the balcony was an unexpected surprise. Great value.
That we couldn't stay longer.
the location of the hotel was spot on, the spectacular view from the roof top and the food were really worth the while.
there are few storage spaces for clothes, the room looked very old, the bathroom flooded and there was no space to put ones basic toiletries in the bathroom. more storage in the bathroom is welcome, same for towels.
customer service, breakfast and dining, front desk staff very helpful
swimming pool to cold
Excellent location, friendly staff and was fortunate to get a room upgrade to a quiet and comfortable junior suite. The rooftop restaurant is a standout for food, views and wait staff.
Decor a little tired.
Great view of the Parthenon from the bar. Hotel was very good.
