Friendly proprietor & very helpful as it was quiet & the end of season. The hotel area is a paradise for cat lovers & they are some of the friendliest felines you will ever meet so please look after them if you go there. The beach is a few metres away & is lovely for light swimming & walking. Naxos is a much nicer island to spend time in than some its overrated overexposed & expensive neighbours & is good value for money & useful friendly. Visit some of the old monuments in the interior of the island if you can. |

Within 20 feet from the beach, and a 5 minute walk into town. Good location The rooms are not that nice, but it wasn't dirty or anything. Just an older, simple hotel with outdated furniture. The beds were very hard, and it was a small room but it worked for the price. |

Very good location - few metres from the beach with nice balcony where you can watch the beach. Very good price. Walking distance from shops , restaurants etc. Vibey atmosphere. Facilities for self catering. Shower a bit small. |

It was very near the town ....had a great beach at the doorstep Beds were very hard....room a bit small for 3 people (adults). |

Saint George hotel is in a quiet peachful spot beside St Georges Bay Beach,which is not the best beach on the Island but the nearest beach to the town/port.Begining of town 3 minutes walk.Walk to port and old town 5 minutes.There are restaurant bar/facilities beside the hotel overlooking the beach.Nice for breakfast in the morning! |

Location was very good in that it was both close to the beach as well as to the centre of the town. Free port transfer was provided. Staff were very helpful when called upon, however, were not always about when needed. Shower was very small and the room slightly basic. Although the room was cleaned by a maid each day, they failed to sweep the floor clear of sand which was a problem given the proximity to the beach. |

Very conveniently located to the port (a 10 mn walk) and to the beach. The owner (I think) came to pick us up from the port at 11:00 pm which was greatly appreciated and welcomed us with a glass of Greek wine. It is right on the beach (even though the room did not have a seaview). It is a basic hotel, with decent rate (even though you may find a bit more confortable for the same rate in the same area). We only stayed 2 nights, so it was fine, but for a longer stay I would probably choose something different. |

The hotel was very close to the beach. My room had a sea view which I learned from the reviews to ask for prior to arriving. The staff was very accommodating to make sure I got the room but it did cost 5 euros more. They picked up and dropped off at the port. The staff was very friendly. The stay very much depends on your room. The rooms with a sea view had a great personality through decorations. I saw a friend's room that was not a sea view and it was not very good. |

Emplacement à 10 mètres de la plage St George qui est idéale pour les enfants avec ses eaux peu profondes. Le tarif au moment de notre séjour. Chambres un peu vieille mais bien tenues. Le propriétaire qui ne parle pas anglais... ni son employée. La photo de la terrasse en bord de plage est celle d'un bar qui se situe à côté ! |
