We wanted a complete relaxing break and this hotel is absolutely fabulous. The location, accomadation and staff were first class particularly the breakfast staff who were most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff especially the reception team (Stephanie & Valentina) were very friendly & helpful. What makes a great hotel are the staff. The hotel itself is fantastic with an amazing view. Thank you for giving us a memorable holiday !! A perfect honeymoon location. Booking.com should place more emphasis in their e-mails that they would not be debiting the credit card for the hotel stay and that the debit would be done by the hotel.

Nous avons apprécie la gentillesse du personnel relativement jeune mais très intentionné. Le confort de notre suite junior était particulièrement agréable avec en prime une vue magnifique sur la Caldera depuis notre lit qui ne peut que vous mettre de bonne humeur pour la journée. Le seul point d'amélioration potentiel que je pourrais mentionner est la carte du restaurant qui mériterait d'être complétée d'un peu plus de choix; cependant la nourriture y est excellente. Quelques jours inoubliables et de très fortes recommandations pour qui souhaite recharger ses batteries dans un contexte idéal.

非常干净整洁，工作人员都很友善热情。超美的景色，前面是海后面是山。还有一个不错的游泳池而且私人阳台也- 很大。我会向朋友推荐这家酒店。 如果没有在当地租车的话，那在这里的交通不是很方便。

Die fantastische Lage, das erholsame Ambiente, das sehr aufmerksame und natürlich freundliche Personal, die ausgezeichnete Küche, die Qualität aller Serviceleistungen. Das Serviceoffice mit Wäscherei ist neben dem Pool am falschen Ort, dadurch entsteht in diesem Bereich stets ein Kommen und Gehen des Personals, was besonders am Morgen störend ist. Daher nie Suite Nr. 22!
