Picked us up from the airport, very friendly service, clean and comfortable.

Most of the time there was no one at the reception so it felt somewhat abandoned and we could not talk to someone when we had a question or needed something

Staff was friendly and helpful. Casual atmosphere with library and DVDs if you want. Close to restaurants and 5 min walk to view. Free transfer to and from airport.

No breakfast. Would be hard to find if you rented car from airport. Tiny bathroom.

The location is excellent very close to the centre of the town and bus stationm though a little bit difficult to find by yourself, but the owner provide free transfer from and to port and airport. I stay for three days in Imerovigli and the fourth day I move to San Giorgio, the owner picked us up at Imerovigli and the next cold rainy morning,very early he send us to the airport. We feel very warm by their helpful service. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Consider the price, I think its worthy and excess my expectation.

Very friendly helpful staff who did everything they could to make our stay great.would recommend as very central place to stay. Had wifi in room.collected us from airport and dropped off at ferry terminal.Excellent value for money.

The hotel provides picking-up and dropping-off service

This hotel is very close walking to town and bus station. Transport to and from port, we had a ferry to catch at night and they took us to the port at 10.30pm.

Beds not very comfortable. Not all rooms are the same as the pictures. They have modern and aged rooms.

The family is so so nice. They could pick me up from the port even the boat delayed for 5 hours, it was from 16:30 to 21:30!! I'm so appreciated for that!!

Great location. Just 5 mins walk to the cliff side. 7 mins walk to the main bus station. Free transfer from and to the port. Free internet. The reception will introduce you all the places you should visit in Fira while you doing the check in. The room is ok with everything u need and a nice balcony.

Great place to stay! Location is incredible, staff is very friendly, pick up and drop off at the port for ferries, and walking distance to everything in the little city or to the bus station. Lucky's was a great recommendation per the hotel staff for cheap and really good gyros. The were very quick to help us with all needs and always ready to answer any questions or helpful suggestions. Very clean room, no bed bug issues, very quiet! I had heard that the owner could be rude but he was the exact opposite. He was helpful in talking with the ferry company to re-arrange our cancelled ferry and allowed us to make vacation related phone calls for free

Staff is very attentive and helpful. He allowed us to check in at 8AM so that my old parents can have a rest.

To start with, the guys that are running the hotel are extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. Even when there was a mix-up with my tickets they were willing to lend me money to buy new ones and when I needed to check my e-mail they offered me the hotels' laptop to take in my room for the afternoon! The hotel is situated near the main road ,the plazza, the shops, restaurants etc. Furthermore, I appreciated the big parking place next to the hotel because I had a rental car. Also, I was offered a ride by the hotels' owner from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the port at my arrival and my departure from the island respectively. To end, the hotels' potition in Fira makes every other place on the island 15 minutes away (by car) max.
