clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, playground for children, on the beach, more like a family motel, value for money.

small bathroom, needs some renovation, no swimming pool.

Good American style motel with food and drink onsite. Town has good services and supermarkets far out of town to the east on airport road

The location of the hotel on the beach was excellent and the friendliness of the English speaking family that run the hotel was superb.

I liked the atmosphere, kind hotel staff and good location.

Perfect location, 10 meters from the beach, nice bar and parking inside the complex. In other words: simple, practical and super friendly. I come back there tomorrow :-) for another night

The beach, and the price were very good.

The cafe only serves toast and hot dogs. There is one restaurant nearby, otherwise you must travel some 3-4km to reach civilization. Also, the cafe-bar closes much too early, usually around 9:00pm. Again it is difficult to get to any other establishment for food, drink, or entertainment. The hotel could invest in some bicycles and rent them to guests which would greatly alleviate these logistical problems. As it is İ walked at least once a day the 3-4km into town and then again back.

Everyone was helpful and it was reasonable and near alexandropolis. Would definitely recommend it if you just was a clean, cheap and nice place to stay

The entrance was a bit off putting but otherwise it was ok

Close to the beach, excellent basic facilities, fab that you can take your pets have always stayed in a village called Maori and always travelled into alexandropolis, we will Consider staying at the Santa rosa again.

we had a problem trying to get into our room,and our friends had to change rooms because of the faulty locks. On checking out we left our luggage in the room while we had breakfast, but had to go through the window to get ou luggage out because terrible locks.

Единственото предимство, че е на самия плаж и близо до града. Плажът е хубав, ситен пясък без камъни. Персоналът е сравнително любезен. Поискахме да останем до 16 ч, но стаите бяха резервирани, а като поискахме да платим се оказа свободна стаята. The only advantage it is the beach and near to the city. The beach is nice, fine sand without stones.

Това не е хотел. Това са бунгала, на брега на морето. От улицата се влиза направо в стаята, никакво антре. Банята е тъмна, мирише отвратително, всеки ден поставят една хавлия на сифона, за да не мирише. Няма сешоар, както е написано и показано на снимките. В стаята имаше мравки, пълзят навсякъде. На плажа идва целия град и колите влизат вътре, минават постоянно под прозорците, няма никаква тишина и спокойствие. This is not a hotel. These are bungalows on the beach. From street to enter directly into the room, no hall. The bathroom is dark and smells disgusting every day put a towel on the trap to prevent smells. No hairdryer, as written and shown in the photos. The room had ants crawling everywhere. On the beach come from the city and cars come in, pass continually beneath the windows, there is no peace and quiet. The staff is relatively friendly. пляж 20 метров. приличные номера. близко добираться до города.

поскольку пляж муниципальный, то очень много народа и автомобилей. особенно в выходные когда приезжают местные отдыхать. цена немного дороговата, но мы были в самый сезон. мы правда остановились только на одну ночь, поскольку были проездом на остров самотраки. если будут вопросы, пишите на rus-live@yandex.ru постараюсь ответить.

otel tanıtımı bence yanlış.. orası bir otelden öte motel mutfak var herkes kendi yemeğini pişiriyor ... aynı alanda çadır kuranlar var veya kamping car'la gelenler var .. biz mutlu olduk .. ancak bazıları için kötü sürpriz olabilir .. çalışanlar son derece misafirperver , odalar tertemiz .. deniz 2 adım ....tekrar gideriz ..

denize çok yakın. şehre yürüyerek 30 dk., taksi ile 10 dk.'dan az. çalışanları her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. oda temizliği gayet iyi.

fiyata kahvaltı dahil değil, ek olarak 5 euro. biz girişteki 20 numaralı odada kaldık, sabahları plaja erken giden insanların sesi pek uyutmuyor. ancak bu pek de bir sorun teşkil etmiyor.

За първи път нощувам в този хотел. Изборът направих чрез booking.com. Приятен и удобен хотел с изключително точно разположение за кратък престой.

По време на краткия престой не забелязах нещо, което да не ми е харесало.

Faptul ca este situat chiar pe plaja este un avantaj extraordinar. De asemenea, intrarea in mare si apa sunt foate bune pentru copii. Conditiile sunt ok, exista loc de parcare, iar distanta fata de frumoasa promenada cu taverne a orasului Alexandroupoli e de aproximativ 2km, usor de strabatut cu piciorul. Hotelul SantaRosa este foarte potrivit ca si loc de tranzit catre restul destinatiilor din Grecia sau Turcia.

Santa Rosa, daha çok motel gibi, Alexandroupolis merkezinden yaklaşık 1 km sonra, rahatlıkla yürüyerek merkeze ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Deniz kenarında bir otel ve kendine ait plajı var, plaja yiyecek içecek servisi yapılıyor. Odalar temiz, fiyat çok uygun. Otel sahipleri hem canayakın hem de yardımseverler. Bence otel fotoğraflar daha sevimli bir otel . Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum.
