wonderful staff, lovely hotel, very clean. quiet and spacious lots of privacy lots of space around the pools.

Breakfast could have a better choice.

Staff was amazing. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic rooms and swimming pools. Lots of green areas. Very very very clean!! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere ( we stayed there before season started) Children most welcome and free of charge. Close to the beach. Just amazing place to stay!! We absolutely loved it!!

Kastelli Resort = Heaven on Earth! This is without doubt the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I just wish it was possible to give a ranking higher than a 10/10. We had initially planned to visit a number of the Greek islands, but found Kastelli resort and the amazing price deal on bookings.com and fell in love with this place and never left! When we arrived in Santorini we were met at the airport by Adonis who is the hotel manager and he personally drove us to the resort and along the way explained the various attractions and places to visit during our stay. Upon arrival we were given a glass of cold champagne and given a quick tour of the amazing facilities! From there, we were taken to our room and were very kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fantastic. All of the staff were extremely friendly, very genuine, and very helpful with any advice and recommendations. My wife and I made good use of the gym and the tennis court and spent a lot of time in the 4 different public pools around the property. One night in particular Adonis arranged a traditional Greek dinner for my wife and I in a very private setting overlooking the pool. The meal was honestly one of the best we have ever experienced and the service was fantastic. We will recommend Kastelli to all our friends and family and will definitely be back. Honestly, do yourself a favour and don't waste time searching through other hotels and reviews. Just go ahead and book this amazing place and see for yourself that it really is heaven on earth!

Nothing. This place was amazing in every aspect.

Great location, so close to the beach but not right on the main street like so many other places so it was very.private and peaceful. The resort had a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Nice touches like a bowl of fresh fruit in our room on arrival were great. Our room was simple for 4 star but was spacious, very clean and had a gorgeous little balcony that looked out to one of the pools. Had a great stay

Our bed was too hard for our liking but when we asked at reception they arranged for the housekeeper to add a mattress topper which made a big difference. It was great to raise a problem and have it resolved immediately!

I can't say enough good things about this place. What a fantastic hotel, friendly, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, excellent rooms, peaceful location, just brilliant. All the facilities are excellent, we used the tennis courts, the pool, restaurant (the breakfast was fantastic) the spa, all of it was great with awesome staff. I would highly recommend.

The staff was first class and really took care of my wife and I on our honeymoon. Initially we only planned on staying one night, however; after the first night my wife and I knew it was a "no brainer" to stay at Kastellit Resort the remainder of trip. The location was a very short walk to the beaches, bars, shops, and restaturants. We traveled all over the island and the staff arranged transportation for us in a very timely manner. We will be back!!!!

Our matress was a bit firm.

The grounds of the hotel were immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard as hell.

Great staff, facilities, breakfast. The traditional Cycladic design makes the rooms big, bright and airy. If you're looking to chill out amidst the chaos of Santorini, then this is a good place to do it.

Given the stone design, a lot of noise travels into the rooms from corridors, etc.

We visited The Kastelli in May for our honeymoon and were kindly upgraded to an Executive room with a private pool which was wonderful. We loved our stay at the hotel, which was quiet and relaxed with plenty of pools to choose from if we wanted to stray from our private pool. The room was comfortable and the manager Adonis went out of his way to sort out our Air Conditioning that was broken. We were recomended by a colleague to stay in Kamari and were very impressed as it is absolutely beautiful and has the best shops and attractions. We hired a quad during our break and toured the whole island, always returning to the kastelli for our evening meal. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and we were never disappointed. The staff were friendly and chatty and I think we timed our stay perfectly as it was off peak so the hotel was very quiet with only a few guests. Wonderful location, great Island and luxurios hotel which was great value for money - thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special. We will never forget it and will certainly be returning to the island, and to the Kastelli!! Many thanks Mr and Mrs G Jones

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, l'amabilité du personnel et la situation geographique de l'hotel. En sortant de l'hotel, vous traversez la route pour prendre un petit chemin qui vous mène directement à la plage de Kamari et aux principales tavernes et boutiques qui longent le bord de mer. L'hotel a été récemment rénové avec goût et simplicité. On peut choisir de se détendre au bord de la piscine principale, ou bien de jouir de plus d'intimité au bord de piscines plus petites (dont un jaccuzi). Le spa offre également un bon moment de détente. Pour les sportifs, une salle de fitness (dommage qu'elle n'offre pas de vue sur les jardins extérieurs) et un cours de tennis. Très pratique si vous ne prevoyez pas de louer de voiture ou de scooter pour visiter l'ile, il y a un service de bus pour vous rendre aux principaux centres touristiques avec un arret de bus juste en face de l'hotel.

敷地がとても広く施設が充実していて、特に富裕層ではない私たちには少しくすぐったいくらいのラグジュアリ- ー感がありました。私たちは1泊だけだったので利用しない施設もいっぱいありましたが、清潔感がありスタッ- フも親切だったので、宿泊自体は快適でした。レストランで夕食と朝食も頂きましたが、雰囲気とコストパフォ- ーマンスが良く、満足です。

ホテルの裏口にも、ホテル名を表示してほしかった。初めて訪れた時、表門を探すのにとても苦労した。

Сервис на высоте. Территоря большая и красивая. Комнаты светлые, просторные, завтрак хороший, вкусный, разнообразный и до 12!!! Все очень понравилось!

Далкова-то от пляжа, цены в ресторане высокие, а порции маленькие.

Aucune critique importante à faire. Tout est très bien aussi bien l'hotel en lui-même que le personnel.

L'horaire de fermeture de la salle de sport et du spa qui pourrait être un peu plus tardif.

la palestra non corrisponde a quanto descrivono e il personale della spa non è competente. inoltre manca un consierge e la sola persona presente ad front desk non è all'altezza della situazione. inoltre non vi è alcun rispetto per i non fumatori

Ambiente exclusiva. Zonas privadas amplias. El conjunto del Resort, con sus casitas blancas, las flores, el ruido del agua.

Piscinas algo frias. No tuvimos habitaciones comunicadas. Aparentemente, no hay. Es un problema con niños muy pequeños.

Понравился дизайн ресторана, рецепшен, уютные дворики с джакузи. Очень хороший завтрак, чисто. Персонал- почти все говорят по русски. Номер был двух комнатный-не плохой.удобное месторасположение: пляж пешком 3-5 минут и при этом нет суеты и тихо. Хотя по утрам "поют" петухи.

Все утро кричал где то рядом петух), в течении минут 30. При бронировании было написано, что в подарок: корзина фруктов и бутылка вина. Но нам ничего не принесли, пока мы сами не попросили(. При отъезде была неприятная ситуация, мы попросили вызвать такси в аэропорт( ехать 10 минут), рускоговорящая девушка на рецепшен предложила услуги отеля в два раза дороже, чем обычное такси. Когда мы отказались, она сказала, что не знает номер вызова такси. Хотя на Санторини- единственная фирма "Радио такси" и ей пользуются все. Пришлось звонить в свой предыдущий отель Астра сюит( мы до этого отдыхали в другом конце острова), брать у низ телефон "Радио такси" Имейте в виду, поездка до аэропорта стоит 10 евро, отель предлагает за 20. Очень подпортили впечатление при отъезде этой ситуацией.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,man wird wirklich als Gast Behandelt:-) allen voran Nitsa die Direktorin. Die Küche war sehr fein und abwechslungsreich . Obere Preisklasse aber sehr zu empfehlen für gediegenen Urlaub !

Kleinschalig, rustig en goed onderhouden hotel. Mooie kamer, badkamer wat verouderd maar prima voor ons. Uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Openbaar vervoer is goed om het hele eiland te verkennen

Santorini Kastelli Resort n'est pas un 5 étoiles, plutôt 1 voir 2 maximum. Chambre propre, mais très simple. Salle de bain extremement simple. Piscine individuelle = une espace très petite, impossible de nager, et pour 6 chambres. La piscine de l'hôtel; où il est possible de nager = juste devant le restaurant, qui entoure tout la piscine; il est très difficile d'utiliser la piscine. Le spa = un jaccuzi, qui ouvre qu'à 18H, quand l'hôtesse part. Il est donc impossible d'utiliser le "spa", sauf pour des massages, mais avec une seule hôtesse/masseuse, il est difficile d'obtenir des RDV. Restaurant, très cher, et très simple comme alimentation. Clientèle = touristes charters, scandinaves, anglais, allemand, couples.

Very polite and helpful staff. Well organised and efficient communication prior to arrival organising taxi .
