Very close to the city center, 10 minutes walk downhill (15-20 minutes back to the hotel cos it's uphill :)) Big room, good territory. Ok breakfast - good selection but not very tasty food.

Free Wi-IFi but using their pc was a bit expensive, 4 euros/hour or something like that.

The breakfast was exceptional. Usually the price includes a breakfast that is basically a cup of coffee and a piece of bread with jam but this was the real deal. It was not "right in the heart of Fira" as advertised but close enough to walk from the bus station and far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pool was a great place to hang out while we waited for our time to depart later in the day. All in all it was great.

I like hotel atmosphere, beatiful view from room n 410 with the huge balcony space! Very to close to Fira center, cable car to old port, bus station!

Wifi was lobby area only!

It's an older style place which I quite enjoyed. Quite a majestic feel to it. After booking first then reading the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The pool is very nice. Fantastically relaxing to have a day reading by the pool if you don't fancy venturing out. Breakfasts were also good.

It was quite difficult to find and also a very arduous walk up the hill if you catch the bus to Fira from the port like we did. Wi-fi only in the lobby.

The Santorini Palace is in a great postion to access shopping and restaurants. It also has one of the best views in Santorini at its front door! The room was reasonably priced and the breakfasts were very good.

The gym was not open early enough. Most people like to exercise early and have the rest of the day free. There was no one to pick us up from the Ferry when we arrived. We had to catch a bus and then ring the hotel to pick us up where the bus dropped us off. It was nearly 2 hrs after we first arrived that we finally got to the Hotel.

The proximity to Fira is excellent; a door by the pool leads you to the winding Fira streets in less than 5 minutes on foot.

The decor (while perfectly pleasant) was dated. That said, it is very much in the Santorini style and we liked it overall. The hotel could do with some modernisation but our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel was ideally placed with the cliffwalk 7 minute scenic walk into the centre town or the walk through the cobbled stones into town. The swimming pool and bar was excellent, the decor great, I especially liked the marble greek statues along one of the passageways. They arranged a good value shuttle from the ferries and reception were polite and helpful. My only pointer would be to provide cushions for the sunbeds as it would be more comfortable.

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The pool area, view out to the ocean and building were stunning. The rooms are very spacious so you don't find yourself tripping over each other.

The staff were less than helpful. We asked move than half a dozen times to have a taxi ordered so that we could get to the airport and they never ordered one for us. We were so close to missing our flight it cast a dark cloud over the whole Santorini expereience.

The near location to the city and the great view from the hotel. Closeness to all the shops and the restaurants was a big advantage.

We hired a car a at the airport and drove to the hotel and parked outside the hotel. For us this was a big benefit as we did't have to carry our luggage on the narrow and steep hills of Santorini. The room was very clean with lots of space and fantastic view of the area. There was no need to use air condition in the night as the room was cool and benefited from constant cool breeze.

Just one little comment please put some kind of light at the rear exit of the hotel leading to Firas square. We used this exit to walk to Firas square but coming back was very dark and dangerous.

I was very disappointed with the cost of the hotel phone, and also I expected a free transfer to the port, which I did not get.

Rooms were clean, changed towels each day. Breakfasts were good. Good value for money

When we called the Hotel for assistance from the port, the staff were not helpful. Someone had taken our pre-booked taxi. We called the hotel for help and were told to get a taxi. No offer of help. No taxis or buses available and were stuck at the port for 2 hours. I know this was not the hotels fault, but no offer of help to get a taxi or a taxi telephone number was offered, which gave a bad first impression of the hotel.

The breakfast and the pool really made the difference! Staff was helpfull and the whole hotel is beautiful and cozy!

The map on Booking.com is wrong and they never replied my email asking about how to get there.

Excellent location and nice people. The room and the facilities were ok, like most of the hotels in the Greek islands. Not for luxury but great for everyone seeking a nice, clean place to stay, with a great view, close to town and the Caldera. I would definitely go again.

Had family room, generally ok, but very small balcony. As a total we felt the room incl bathroom not more than 3 star.

Well located hotel. Beautiful views and very peaceful location only abt 5 mins walk from Fira's lively streets.The service was excellent, and the housekeeping was very effective. Everything, both indoors and outdoors, was spotless at all times. Good public facilities as well. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
