Good location. Private swimming pool (small). Restaurant and bar closed, no room service or drinks at the pool side, as advertised. No airport shuttle or currency exchange. Breakfast buffet very poor. Room poorly equipped, standard not matching 4-star rating. Pets not allowed, but be prepared to meet cats at the premises. Not recommended. |

If you decide to stay at Agia Pelagia maybe it is a good choice, because it is located near the beach. The description and the price does not suit with what you get. The pool is very very small, the TV is very very small. Breakfast is very very basic. The equipment of the room is poor and obsolete. The linens were torn with holes. I don't understand the 4 stars maybe 2 or 3. The photos are misleading perhaps one room is like that. |

It was a good hotel for a family to stay in, given the opportunity to fix some meals in the apartments, space was adequate, the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were uncomfortable and a bit small. The size bed was adequate for our 5 year old (same style), although he bumped his head when turning over in his sleep on the hard surfaces. But for adults, I consider them kind of low and the mattress hard. Was happy to leave because of the beds. |

Nice people at reception. Good location, just 20km from Heraklio and rooms is 50m from beach. There is a lot of good tavernas and bars where You can go out for dinner and entertainment. A few small supermarkets You can reach, too. Apt. room was good (maybe not 4 stars, but very cousy anyway!) with own kichen, TV, 4 beds, air conditions, good bathroom and balcony. There is only one problem - it seems, that owners of Scala totally forget this place..It's not good, because in this way place lost face and heart.. great thanks for people who work there - they do their best!!! |

The location of the Apartments are beautiful and the staff in the beach front restaurants are very friendly. Staff in the apartments go out of their way to help you. The bus service down to apartments and beach in April only ran 3 times a day which meant you almost always have to walk 30mins up and down to the main road. |

We stay in April before season start (1st of May) so no breakfast available and the small poll was empty. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Rooms were spacy and there is a kitchenete including frige etc. enough to make a cofee omelet etc, air conditioning is good, Please note it is 3 plus stars, good quality |

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel in Strandnähe, mit dem Mietwagen in 25 min. vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Trotz 6 Gästen gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gesäubert, wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Mücken im Zimmer die schwer zu bekämfen waren. |

très bon séjour dans un hôtel propre et très bien situé dans une petite station balnéaire plutôt tranquille qui offre une magnifique plage. personnel 100% chaleureux et disponible. hôtel à quelque secondes de marches de la plage, des boutiques, des supérettes et des restaurants. parking public gratuit à proximité. que des points positifs. |

Personál byl velmi vstřícný, každodenní uklid pokoje a častá výměna lůžkovin, velmi dobrá výbava kuchyňky, bohaté snídaně, klimatizace pokoje v ceně. Blízkost pláže, v moři u břehu hejna ryb, ideální na šnorchlování. V hotelu není dostupné internetové připojení. Pláž je často přeplněná turisty, v moři je naštěstí dost volno. |

Szép tágas szoba és fürdőszoba, nagy terasz, gyönyörű kilátás. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. Az ágyak nagyon ki voltak feküdve, ideje volna cserélni a matracokat. |

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, ein tolles Frühstück und die herrliche Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die Bettlaken hatten schon ein paar kleine Löcher und könnten mal gegen neue ausgetauscht werden! Da es am Samstag von mittags 14.00 Uhr bis zum nächsten Morgen um 06.00 Uhr im Ort eine Dauerparty gab die für die Ohren nur allzu schmerzhaft waren, werden wir nicht noch einmal kommen. Bereits am Freitagabend schallte laute Musik auf den Balkon. |
