There was a lack of staff. The only time hotel staff were available were during breakfast hours, until approximately 10:00am. After that time, there was no staff available to answer any questions we had. |

The hotel is nice, has a local feeling. All the walls are hand painted with local scenery. The reception working hour... Is always close. One must almost has to book for the receptionist. Communication is another problem, they don’t understand much English. I asked for the free wi-fi password, the owner's answer was "no internet pay, you pay cash to me now, I'll be leaving". After several attempt, one of the other guest gave me the password. And the location is nothing like the one shown in the map, is actually on the other side of the town, adding the fact that there was no address and no receptionist to answer the phone, everything to make the task to find the hotel all but impossible. |

The room had a nice balcony and it was fairly clean. The owners failed to pick us up from the port at our arrival, although we had arranged that in advance. This can be a real problem in Santorini. They did not accept credit card! There was nobody never in the reception. At our arrival, there was not even a bottle of water in the room. |

Very nice room with balcony + fridge. Good service (daily cleaning, changing towels etc.), nice location - not directly in the centre but only 10 mins walk. The hotel does not accept credit card payment (even though this is stated online)!!!!! The owner did not know we were coming - did not know about any online bookings (fortunately there was a room available for the time we wanted to stay). |

Room was clean enough. The location is good. Private parking without charge but limited space. The lady that served the breakfast is very kind and gave us useful directions, advice, etc. The rest of the staff is very unprofessional. The hotel owner woke us up a morning by mistake and he did not even apologize. The last day we had some problem with the check out. They wanted us to pay for 85 euro per night, whereas our reservation was for 65 euro per night. They did not believe us until I showed them the reservation e-mail. We were lucky that we had a laptop with us, because the receptionist had no computer!! The wifi is accessible only in the reception and very poor. There was also a leak in the bathroom, which caused a really bad smell in the whole room. |

It is not expensive, we went in August and usually you have to pay more for a hotel in Fira in the middle of the high season. The room is basic but it has all the necessary. The breakfast was good and some of the stuff very nice people. The hotel is not in the centre, you have to walk like ten minutes from the main square but it is not far away. It is a quiet place. First of all, the hotel is not where the map says in the webpage. It is much more far away from the sea, the owners should fix that and put the real location. There is noone in the reception of the hotel during most of the day, I think that someone should stay there to help the clients. |

The room was lovely and comfortable with an excellent shower and very spacious Very few of the staff spoke english and never seemed to be available which made checking in and out very hard - the man was lovely but the woman came across quite rude - breakfast was also poor and not worth the money - there didn't seem much available |

The actual hotel was good considering it is just a 2 star hotel. Good room as they are all facing the sea. The sea is quite far away though so don't expect to be directly above...There were 2 beds in the room - a double and a single, a fridge and a very small bathroom. there is hardly any space around the beds but that did not matter; The cleaner did a very good job. There was a nice private balcony facing the sea and on the other side of the hotel there is a big terrace if you wanted to relax there, although we did not, as it had no great view. The breakfast was very basic - coffee, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, ham slices, jam, corn flakes. The cleaner will make you coffee - she will ask : "eliniko= greek coffee or nescafe?" There was no receptionist when we arrived although I asked someone from an information desk to ring and ask for directions. 15 min later a bloke on a motorcycle arrived and showed us to a room. I asked him to wait but next thing I know he was off on his motorcycle with my partner's passport. He did not speak much English and I was worried on the departure day that we wd not be able to contact him in time for him to return my partner's passport. But the cleaner was there and although she spoke no English, I used a conversation guide to ask her for the receptionist. Except for that, everything was fine. It was not good value as we paid 65 Euro per room. However it is the going price as Santorini is stunning. |

I am from Greece, so booking a hotel mid summer at that price in Fira Santorini, in the middle of the summer I Honestly expected a terrible hotel where the roof would probably would fall on our heads. But, my uni frineds and I where very pleasently surprised. The distance to the main square is really not that far, just around 10min but its uphill and a bit dark at night (very safe and no cars in the back path we took)...however nothing we could not manage |

In the quiet village of Imerovigli, on the verge of an overhang 200 meters above the sea, you will find Irini's Villas complex, offering an ideal view of the caldera, with its unique sunset. |
