Score from 314 reviews Very good
Pleasant staff. Wide and comfortable beds. Fast and stable Wi-Fi on reception.
Very far (>1 km) from the bus station and the supermarket. Unidentified noise at night. The hotel is difficult to find.
decorations swimming pool
very steep road to hotel. difficult for somebody with a little walking handicap.
Very reasonably priced accommodation with breakfast, transfers from port and to the airport included. Staff very friendly and helpful.
There is a steep incline to get to the main road which would not be suitable for disabled people.
- no shower curtain - far from the city centre (it takes up to 15 minutes to get to Fira) - the sheets were not clean (as if they didn't have time to change them before our coming); I found someone else's hairs in my bed (looked like pubic hair) and that was the most disgusting thing during my stay in this hotel
It is a small peaceful hotel not far from the centre and from the bus station. It gives a sense of cosiness with no overcrowdiness. Small but beautiful pool. The breakfast was always good and the staff were very nice people.
we communicated by email with the hotel to come and pick us up at the port but they said they couldn't. We paid for a van to drop us there but the hotel is situated in a slope and vans do not go down the slope so you have to go down the small hill with your luggage. If you have children in pushchair you have to go up and down the slope each time you go in and out of the hotel. Very small shower with a lot of water going out on the floor while showering.
price is very good compared with other hotel in the fira. room is very spacious.
The location is quite hard to find when I arrive at 1am. The google map led me to a wrong way. Try very hard to find it. When I call the reception nobody answers. The bathroom has no curtain as others said.
10 minutes from city center. The staff is very friendly. The pick up us in port. Good place to stay in Santorini.
No WIFI in bedroom.
First of all I have to say that the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel room and balcony was tiny but cute. 10-15 min walk to centre.
- The beds - mattresses were uncomfortable and VERY loud - wifi was available only in common area - the sewerage, oh my, that's a long story. They doesn't have a shower curtains, but that's the less problem; the tube can't take all of the water, so it goes over and floods not only bathroom but half of the room too
Not too far from city centre and good price for what you get, especially with breakfast included! Rooms were large enough and balconies are small but some have good views! Good water pressure for shower and AC works well.
Shower is over toilet so the bathroom gets wet everywhere no matter what you do. Also was told there were no extra towels by reception when we asked (because the bathroom was very wet and slippery after shower!). Wifi only in reception, which is ok for price but otherwise a bit inconvenient sometimes. Lastly we booked a stay in a balcony room but had to be in a non balcony room for out first night and the change the next day because of a booking problem.
Free pick up, nice staff, good position. Good price. Easy to go to center of Fira.
It has everything is said, if you don't want to spend much and stay in Santorini is a good place.
You need a car or a motorbike, you can go walking to Phira but it takes a while.
Located a few minutes away from Fira centre.Staff very helpful.Parking facilities.Price very reasonable.
The room 17 needs upgrading.Double bed broken at foot end, balcony door handle jammed, unable to switch on tv,door to room squeeky.
From the hotel to bus station is 15 minutes. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast start at 8:00, but when we come on 8:00. The person who prapare the breakfast just come and we wait for 20 minute. No tea, no coffee on the table. You should ask for it. Very inconvenient. We book a double room with own balcony, but they give us a room on ground floor without balcony.
Really close to town center, without being noisy Nice pool and decor Really good value for money (we paid 20€ a night ppn) Large clean room with aircon and fridge
Breakfast is basic Staff weren't welcoming and not approachable. Language barrier meant we had some problems.
The people working here were really nice and helpful. It was nice there was a pool.
The beds were old and uncomfortable - we couldn't sleep well. I think it is quite over priced - but maybe that is just Santorini.
Clean and cheap, transportation from and to the port
the location was excellent, only 10 minutes from the centre, quiet and protected from the noises of the street!
the room wasn't properly cleaned, the bed matresses were too bad to sleep, bad-tasted and ''kitsch'' decoration of the hotel spaces and rooms!
It was a big room and the ac was working very good.
I didnt like the bed it was extremely discomfort and noisy. It has a noisy refrigerator. It didnt had channels on the tiny old tv. The town was a bit far from the hotel. It didnt had wifi in other rooms except the reception. The swimming pool was small. It didnt had any umbrellas to sit in the swimming room area. The shower didnt had any curtain it was too small and it didnt had anything to hold the phone shower.
Upon arrival, I was escorted to my room. The room was large, but intended for four people and there was only two in my party. When I asked to change rooms, I was upgraded at no extra cost and the room was perfect. The hostess was gracious and kind. There was a small breakfast served in the morning, which suited my needs perfectly. As well, a shuttle took us to the ferry port upon departure.
Friendy staff, shuttle bus to go from the port to the hotel and very near to the centre of the town.
The only problem that I found with our room was the shower without any kind of curtain.
Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Nice pool and definitely had a relaxing stay. Thanks!
Transfer to and from airport was either unavailable or overcrowded. Bit of a hike up to the center of Fira but certainly within walking distance.
Everything was great and especially Melina who was very helpful in everything... We enjoyed the calm and quiet of Sea of Ageon as well as it's proximity to Fera and all the attractions.
Wish they had shower curtains in the bathrooms...
the hotel is well located, a 5 min walk from the centre of fira and the bus station. the staff is friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. the small pool was nice to have for a refreshing break, and there is a basic breakfast buffet for a small additional amount of money.
It is NOT near the city centre. To exit the hotel you have to go up a narrow non-asphalted road and then walk for about 15 minutes to reach the center. I stayed in a triple room, located outside the hotel, right below the hotel entrance, and you need to go down a few stairs (all triple rooms access is from outside the hotel). The room had lots of electric outlets laying loose. the shower has no curtain. There is no hairdryer. The breakfast is really poor and you take it in the hotel entrance, where they have some tables. It is pricey all considered.
We found bedbugs infestation in room 22. If you don't know about bedbugs, please google it. After the first night, we woke up with hundreds of bites on legs and arms. One week under cortision and antibiotics.
