Sea View Aparthotel  

The room was comfortable and sufficient, and there was a nice view. Not much close by except a grocery store but it is a nice 20 or 30 minute walk into Chania along the sea side.

Hotel had a bit of an abandoned feel, but still we enjoyed our stay.

Verry friendly staff. We had a verry nice welcom with fresh roses, abottle of water and a bottle of wine. Nothing was to much. They ordered a taxi from and to the airport. And when we asked they made a nice seat near the swimmingpool (the pool was not filled with water for we were to early in the seison). The view of our balcony was fantastic. A small distance (a walk of half an hour) to the centre of the old town. And near the beach.

Realy nothing. The quality was verry good for the price we payed.

Beds were not really comfortable. Shower could be bigger.

Good location, very close to the beach (5 min walk even with small child), sea view, linen and beds. In Booking com map it seems to be not so close as it. Close to supermarkets, bus stop and the city.

Sound isolation is rather poor.

Very friendly crew, all good, sea views included, very clean and excellent ubication near to Chania. Buses, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and sea to less of 200 metres from the hotel. If we return any time to Crete we repeat in the Seaview.

A little noise of the fridge in the room; without any importance.

The hotel itself is very quiet and really has a beautiful sea view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and have air conditioning and all the kitchen equipment, the only thing that was missing is oven. The swimming pool is clean and suits for swimming with children too. And what we liked most were the sweetest grapes growing around the hotel:) The sandy beach is in just 5 minutes walking distance and is very quiet, not overcrowded. And going to Chania centre takes just 10 minutes by car.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and the oven is missing.

Everything. The room, the view, the service, the kindness of the managing lady, and so on.

The only little regret I had, was that they don't offer breakfast.

Wonderful staff, easy to park, reasonably inexpensive, nice area by pool, very friendly and accommodating, staff very helpful.

Beds really uncomfortable, no where but beds to relax in rooms, rooms available were not rooms shown in pictures, had to buy everything for apartment to function, definitely need a car to get in and out of town... Overall I think it needs a little bit of work.

The place is located only 3 km from Chania and the main highway. The beaches are very close to the hotel. The apartments with balcony on the sea side have a beautiful sight and the room have the coocking utilities.The staff is fantastic. Thank's Zambia (the hotel manager)!!

It's a great find in a fantastic location.The rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities are basic but the location and price more than make up for this.The staff are accommodating and very friendly. And Many thanks to Zambia:)

bathroom -needs to be updated

I really liked the location: a room with seaview (just like the name of the hotel) and the nice city Chania nearby. It was a view minutes to walk to the beach and when you don't want to walk, there's also a nice swimmingpool in the backgarden. The room was perfect: not too small, with a nice balcony and aircondition, I liked the beds and the room was included a closet, a simple bathroom and a kitchenette. And important: the lady (Zambia) who worked in the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. She also gave us good advices for days out.

My friend thinks the bed was too hard. The bathroom was simple, and evenso the kitchenette. So if you're looking for some luxury, Sea View Aparthotel wouldn't be the best choice.

The Staff will do anything to make your stay perfect. The pool area was nice and it was very closed to two big supermarkets so you can do your shopping easily. Closed enough to Xania without being in the noise. Not in the center but less than 10 min car drive from the Old Town. Excellent spot to base yourself to visit Chania Old Town, Balos, Falasarma.

The lighting in the room was too bright for my taste but the staff found lamps to make it of my liking. Really great customer service.

Perfect price-quality. Clean, modern and beautiful room, nice view, lovely staff, good location. Bed was really good:D

Only thing, what was missing was a hairdryer.

The location is excellent - near to the beach but also an easy 30 minute stroll into the centre of Chania. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely sea view. We stayed 2 nights as part of a touring holiday and will definitely return. The hotel manager Zambia was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her

Lovely location, just 1 field between the hotel and the beach. Peaceful but also close to a large supermarket and bus route. Friendly staff, always on hand to help with queries. Large room, comfortable bed and very quiet, efficient air-conditioning. Heated pool was very pleasant.

We would have liked the bins in the kitchen and the bathroom to be emptied every day.

Obiekt nie najwyższej klasy, ale bardzo czysto. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne: nowe I czyste. Na powitanie wino I woda chłodzące się w lodówce. Dziewczyna na recepcji bardzo, bardzo pomocna. Można się do niej zwrócić w każdej sprawie. W kwietniu na Krecie piękna wiosna, otoczenie hotelu to zieleń, kwiaty I śpiew ptaków. Widok z balkonu wspaniały. Doskonały wypoczynek. Do centrum Chanii ok.20 Minut spacerkiem. Plaża ok. 5 minut. Na zakończenie pobytu jako, że musieliśmy opuścić pokój o 12.00 (następni goście) a samolot mieliśmy o 21.30 otrzymaliśmy bezpłatnie pokój w którym zostawiliśmy swoje bagaże I mogliśmy się odświeżyć przed podróżą. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni I polecamy gorąco!

Leider kein dt. Fernsehprogramm, was bei schlechtem Wetter schade ist.

Uitstekende service door de jonge dame die ons ontving. Zeer rustig gelegen.Op 10 minuten wandelen enkele mooie stranden.

Verder van het oude centrum dan verwacht. Kamers zijn redelijk sober (ongezellige verlichting). Het strand waar je op uitkijkt stelt niet veel voor.

Ειμασταν εκει τελος Οκτωβρη,οποτε η ησυχια και το καλο σερβις ηταν δεδομενη.Καταπληκτικη θεα ,στη θαλασσα απο το μπαλκονι.Η βροχη για 4 μερες εδινε και μια νοτα γλυκιας μελαχνολιας. Καποιος σχολιασε τις κομμενες πορτες του μπανιου!Μαλλον ειναι επιτηδες ετσι για να μη μαζευει υγρασια το μπανιο.... Πολυ ευχαριστημενοι γενικα.
