Palmyra Beach Hotel is situated at Glyfada, 110 yards from the beach and the marina. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and is close to restaurants and shopping centers.
Score from 345 reviews Very good
In the southern coast of Athens, just 325 ft from Glyfada’s sandy beach, and a short walk from the tram station, the Hotel London has air-conditioned rooms with private balconies and free Wi-Fi...
Score from 519 reviews Good
The Golden Sun Hotel is in a prime location right across Astir Beach and near Voula Beach and is close to Glyfada's shopping center.

Wifi was not free and what you did pay for was depleted without use. Room was also not that clean especially the bathroom.
Breakfast and location and the elegance of the hotel
This hotel is very nice. Location is great, there is a tram station, supermarket, beach, restaurants, stores, everything very close to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean and rooms are very nice. There is also parking in front of the hotel if you are coming with car.
The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for the WiFi in the hotel.
friendly, helpful staff. nice and clean room with a view. Absolutely recommended.
location, clean hotel, good breakfast
charge of wifi + impossible to connect 2 devices at a time, almost no tv channels whatsover (even greek ones),
The location is pretty good if you're after the hip, clubby, less-touristy Glyfada region. The hotel is close to the sea and close to a very high number of good restaurants, cocktail-bars and clubs. The room was clean and had modern furniture, the parking wasn't a problem.
1. You have to pay for wi-fi in the 21st century, in what is essentially a residential area of Athens. We chose to pay mobile data on our phones, but not because of the ridiculously high price of the hotel's internet, as much as the general principle of the thing. 2. The air conditioning (one of those embedded-vent systems) was exceptionally noisy, making sleeping with the A/C on virtually impossible. 3. Their idea of a twin/double is basically two singles next to each other, so you can comfortably fall in the gap between the beds in your nightly explorations.
Super confort, design and breakfast.
Still charging for wifi even that all Greece is wifi free!!!
Basic, that did not live up to its name of Sea View
Very clean areas. Quiet area and polite personel.
Very expensive prices in pool bar. 3,5 euros a cold coffee and 1 euro per bottle of water (0,5lt) is rediculous. Even more expensive than best Glyfada's cafeterias.
The hotel is close to the most perfect beach side - Balux café is just 5min walk from the hotel. There you can chill at the beach and party at night. But the hotel is also really close the centre of Glyfada. It doesn't take longer than 10min by foot.
Swimming pool, interior decoration
Breakfast coffee, internet extra charge, 'sea view' a stretch
Convenience to beach, supermarket and restaurants - only thing was the beach wasn't up to much although the water was superb!! Very reasonable to eat out and the shops were very close. we were there for a wedding - so the 5 days we had were ideal.
Public beach was poor - very dirty - but the sea was a delight - ideal for young children and very shallow. Would not spend more than a week there.
Nice hotel with a good location. Clean and comfortable and a nice staff, plus a good breakfast.
The internet access could have been included in the price which is normal practise these days.
-Great location - close to a market, Glyfada shopping center, a bus station and the tram station. -Staff are very friendly and helpful. -Rooms and toilets are clean -Good view -Safe Neighborhood
-Hotel Rooms are not suitable for business travelers due to very dim lighting inside the room. -If you're on a business trip and require to be in your destination early, you probably won't catch breakfast as it starts @7:30 and I had for example to move from the hotel @7:00 am -Transportation by tram to city center, Syntagma Square, takes almost 70 minutes to reach.
Location ideal for a stay in glyfada very good value for the money. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool area.
Terrible wifi reception
Very good location close to the beach as well as downtown Glifada
Location, no noise, close to the sea.
Unacceptably dirty. Rooms need to be cleaned better and meticulously.
Location, good pool, walk to beach and shops and food
The staff was accommodating, understanding, & went out of their way to make our stay in the hotel and in Greece as pleasant as possible. Class act for an unbeatable price.
Really nice rooms.
Although check-in time is 14:00 we had to wait for another 45 minutes as the room was not ready which was zero fun after a long drive and in 30 degree temps. No wifi if you do not pay €15. Are you kidding me?
The room was spacious and modern
the view wasn't the best
I like the hotel location , i prefer glyfada to stay in Athens , you taka a tram to center of Athens , it is a long way but you see the city . Tram stop and bus stops are very close , superior rooms are perfect and comfortable . Bar is very cosy ..
This time i ran into a bunch of American students at the hotel who came for summer camp , they made bad noise till the morning otherwise nothing i can complain. Also the green areas need to be fumigated against mosquitoes
Excellent location, very close to nice beach and Gyfada's shoppingcentre. Half hour from airport and away from centre of Athens. Modern room. Very close to busstop station.
No seaview (very little) and noisy. Very small bathroom so everything is wet after having taken a shower. Also not proper and looks old.
