The positive aspects were the comfort and space of the apartment: the rooms were big, it was great to have 2 bathrooms and the terrace was nice. On the other hand, you have to know that the 'fully-equipped' kitchen only contains a very bare minimum and that you have to be quite creative to cook with so few utensils. The swimming pool was very nice too, and most of the time we shared it with only 2 or 3 more people. Finally the staff was very nice and always tried to help with any query or remarks we had.

There are quite a few things you have to know and I fully agree with the comments of previous people: the village is not where it is indicated on the google/booking.com maps, it is much further away, on a very bumpy road. You really have to hire a car or some vehicle, which is not a problem per se, there are rental companies all over the places, as long as you had foreseen it in your budget... There is an electric installation close by and the noise is constant. You get used to it, but you still have to be prepared for that. The booking.com description is overrated, particularly if you travel with young children, our little one was disappointed that there was no children's playground (only 1 swing), no domestic farm; the bigger ones that the table tennis table was not just there at your disposal whenever you would like. Last but not least, the rooms were not really that clean.

Le personnel est efficace, l'accueil est cordial. En cas de problème les responsables se démènent pour trouver une solution:suite à un pb avec la clim on nous a changé d'appartement..Les appartements sont spacieux et climatisés. Attention cependant, la clim peut s'avérer bruyante. Possibilité de prendre son petit dej pour 6 euros. La piscine n'est jamais bondée : 3 familles au plus à la fois ce qui est un plus. Une belle plage sauvage se trouve à 500 mètres où on est souvent seuls.On apprécie le calme et la taille humaine de l'établissement.

Il faut savoir que cet hôtel est loin de tout et qu'une voiture est indispensable pendant tout le séjour; il n'y a pas de bus, pas de navette régulière, il reste la solution taxi 10 euros l'aller: d'ailleurs l'hôtel ne se trouve pas à l'endroit indiqué sur le site booking.Il est à plus de 6 km du centre de Mastichari. L'équipement cuisine est réduit au strict minimum. On peut juste faire son petit dej et des salades. Il y a aussi à 500 mètres une station électrique qui tourne jour et nuit, donc il faut un peu de temps pour s'habituer au bruit ainsi qu'à celui de la clim...Sinon, il y a des moustiquaires, un plus en été mais avec les fenêtres ouvertes, on entend la station électrique, rien de bien méchant mais il faut le savoir...
