I found the location was beautiful and the staff were friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. I would rate it a 10 for value for your money. The hotel room was comfortable but basic. |

It's clean and staff is friendly. Convinient location.The hotel is newly renovated so everything is pretty much very new and clean, and all the utilities work smoothly and perfectly. |

Hotel staff were very helpfull, and the hotel is good value for money. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, close to Fira town. During the winter season no many restaurants open. |

The breakfast on the balcony with that superb view is a gorgeous experience! The hotel atmosphere is very nice and Argiris, the hotel director, is very kind and helpful. It is not far away from the main street (that is a plus value: in case of heavy baggage you won't have to carry them on very picturesque but unpractical stairs up/ or downhill) but in a very quiet part of Imerovigli. |

The room was beautiful with a magnificant view over the caldera. The ootdoor jacuzzi were amazing, and there is no better way to enjoy the sunset than with a glass of wine in the jacuzzi! Rich breakfast served in our balcony every norning. Very friendly staff!! During our stay it was a little windy but it is October. |

The hotel was very nicely decorated, with beautiful flowers, and very clean. The owner Argiris was very nice and friendly. He was always there to assist with information and recommendations. The location is not in the Fira town but very nearby (15 minutes walk ) and in a very quite place to relax. Breakfast, non like other hotels was big and with verity. Parking outside of the hotel. No night life in Imerovigli so you have to move to the main town in Fira. Bit far from town (about 2 km), but scooter makes this great because its quieter. |

Gorgeous hotel with such amazing views of the volcano and sea. Very accommodating staff! The village view rooms have also view to the volcano but no panoramic like the rooms on the second floor, and it is much cheaper. The room is the best value for money. I think the suite was a little small but with full of facilities and always very clean!! No very close to Fira capital about 10 minutes walk but the view is amazing fom the small path. |

The Shine Hotel is fantastic. I booked my room directly from Booking.com based on other reviews and the price/availability of the room. Their semi basement budget rooms are ideal if you're looking to enjoy the best of Santorini without wasting all of your cash on a luxury hotel. Clean rooms, with a lot of facilities, and very good breakfast. This was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely be back again. - I think the bathroom is a little small but it is common in all Greece. |

The very comfortable relaxed atmosphere at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble, staff always polite.The owner in the reception was very helpful with his explanation about how to enjoy Santorini. It's make a difference!! Rich breakfast, and different every day in our balcony. |

We liked everything about Shine Hotel and would recommend them to anyone wanting a relaxing stay at Santorini. Breakfast is rich and service is good. The Hotel had the most amazing view of the Ocean, the sunset and Volcano because it is on the highest point in Imerovigli. The room was a great size, with great facilities and beautiful decor! |

We loved the location, the view and the staff is amazingly friendly. Nice and clean rooms, rich breakfast every day in our balcony, and good price for what we had. The staff, particularly Argiris, is fantastic. If we will come back to Santorini we will book at this hotel again. Thanks a lot for making those moments more memorable. |

It has a very cosy and inviting atmosphere, nice interior decoration and clean. The owner Mr Argiris and the stuff of the hotel are very friendly, and willing to help every time they are asked to do so, if possible. Too many any beautiful flowers!!!! We liked everything. |

It is a nice hotel with a fair price, Santorini is generally very expensive especially in the high season so that was a good place to stay and you can travel around the whole island on the scooter, which is a great fun! Bathroom needs a shower curtain. |
