Sifnaika Konakia Traditional Settlements  

We liked the ambiance of the place and the views. It was very relaxing anda great place to go to if you want a bit so space away from the noise and activity of the world. The hostess was very accommodating. We were very glad we booked here - over the range of other hotel choices! It felt more like a resort than a hotel. It was also great that wi-fi was available only in the open areas - it forced my kids to be out in the open air!! We were there off season so the whole Island was very quite - and we had the beach to ourselves (one afternoon).

Excellent . The friendliness, helpfullness and genuine desire by Maria the proprietor, to help you enjoy the island, its food and culture were exceptional. The design of the establishment is superb, quiet corners abound in the garden areas, both in sun or shade.Accommodation is pristine. Booked 3 nights but stayed for 5. All in all outstanding.

Great hostess and an "agreable" stay.

Outstanding hospitality: thanks to Maria. Beautifully designed hotel with many shaded sitting areas, all with taste and simplicity. Very cosy. Ideal and best location in Kamares with sea view, 5 minutes to the beach and very peaceful. The hotel is even nicer that shown on its website. Can only recommend it 200%.

A shame we did not know it before!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pick up and delivery back to port at no charge. Nice quiet area with no traffic noise, short walk to restaurants and shops. Traditional Greek style accommodation but a spacious room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sifnaika Konakia! Maria was so warm, energetic and hospitable. She told us of places to visit on the island, upgraded up to a bigger room when she saw we had our toddler with us, provided a wonderful inclusive breakfast spread both mornings of our stay, and even drove us to the port to catch our ferry when we left! We were able to connect our iphones to her WiFi for use in our room, and the room itself was inviting, comfortable and had a beautiful view and patio from which to enjoy it.

It's a B&B, so toiletries aside from small bars of body soap, are not provided. You can find nearly anything you could need at the Super Mini Market on Main Street Kamares though. Also, if you are American you likely will not enjoy the shower. It's a detachable hand held showerhead that sits on a rest about waist-level. There is no shower stall or curtain - the entire little bathroom will get wet, so you can't have your toiletries, towel or extra toiletpaper, etc in there when you shower.

Einfach alles!!!!! Anlage wunderschön mit vielen lauschigen Plätzchen. Tradizionell einerictete,heimeligenZimmer mit viel Charme . Wunderschöne Aussicht. Liebevolle, sehr engagierte auf Gäste eingehende Maria (Hotelmutter und Besitzerin).Ausgesprochene gastfreundschaft und Grosszügigkeit. Eine Oase für das Wohlbefinden. Einfach super!!! Abholdienst zum und von Schiff hat bestens geklappt.

Aber auch gar nichts!

המקום פשוט מהמם.. החדרים חמודים וביתיים.. אבל הדבר בטוב יותר במקום הזה הוא מריה, הבעלים של המלון, חמודה, מצחיקה, משפחתית ביתית ומאד שנונה ופלפלית. לגמרי עשתה לנו את הטיול באי המקסים הזה. תמיד עם חיוך ועם אור בעיניים.. מלאה בעצות טובות והמלצות ממש הרגשנו חלק מהמשפחה.. מומלץ בחום. אנחנו ללא ספק חוזרים לשם ורק לשם.

qualité du logement (spacieux - propre - terrasse privée - cuisine équipée), à quelques minutes à pied du port et de la plage, petit-déjeuner copieux et de qualité, gérante dynamique et très agréable, de nombreux espaces pour les enfants et de terrasses communes, vue sur la mer et la montagne depuis le logement, navette aller et retour jusqu'au port

Sifnos è un gioiello e il Sifnaika Konakia un ottimo posto per soggiornare. Ottima colazione, posizione invidiabile (vicino al porto ma lontano da qualsiasi rumore, con una vista eccezionale) e sopra tutto questo la cortesia e la gentilezza di Maria, sempre disponibile a comprendere le necessità e dare ottimi consigli.

Excelente ubicación, en un lugar tranquilo pero a una distancia razonable del pueblo y de la playa. Sobretodo la atención de Maria, acogedora y entusiasta para hacerte descubrir su isla y sus senderos. Y un desayuno excelente!
