Very nice appartment in the old center of Chania city. The tenant is a very friendly & welcoming person: Silvia is a perfect hostess, taking optimal & regular care of her customers. For instance, towels & sheets are changed everyday. The location is exactly next to all intersting places of Chania, with an easy (end of April) solution to park one's car at a close walking distance. There is a grocery very close (10 meters) to the house, where most of the necessary products are available.

Nothing important. Except eventually the absence of a washing machine. We were 2 people: in case of 4 persons, the equipment might be a little short.

We stayed in the top room very light, great view, balcony. Romantic! Great location in old town Hania Very clean. Proprietoris, Silvia, extremely hospitable, helpful - E.G., excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartments are in a very nicely redone Venetian period building, This is not swank, if you would prefer a five-start hotel, this will not be for you.

As in most older European buildings, no elevator. But the strain getting our copious luggage up to the third floor was worth every bit of the effort.

The owner is hospitable and helped us greatly with directions, suggestions of restaurants and beaches. Our room #2 was on the second floor. It is not very spacious but with high ceiling and balcony so there is a lot of air coming from the sea. It is well furnished, neat, has everything needful: fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and stove, everything for cooking, hairdryer, air condition. Building is in a very small street next to the shopping area and old harbor with its restaurants so you are 1 step away from everything yet somehow isolated from the mainstream. Just next door is a small nice cafe.

Location in the heart of the old town. Full of character. The owner was very helpful.

Was a bit noisy at night, but to be expected.

Silvia, the owner, was extremely helpful and very welcoming in a natural way. Location is perfect, a quiet and very narrow little street with beautiful venetian houses. The room - a ground floor appartment with seperate entrance and table/chairs out front - was perfect for us with 2 kids. The kitchen is good for minor cooking such as a bowl of pasta, breakfast or baby food, but probably too small for most supper/diner cooking.

Nice apartment in quiet location but still very central. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Shower was a bit small

This a cute apartment down a quiet little side street very close to the port. The owner, Silvia was lovely and organised a car for us to rent for the 2 days and gave us maps and directions.

We were on the bottom floor (there are 4 apartments) and the stairs were a bit noisy above us. Also there were some loud noises a during the nights from people yelling and animals doing something.

Wir verbrachten im Rahmen unserer Kreta-Rundreise 3 Tage in dem im ersten Stock gelegenen Appartement der Silde -Studios & Apartments, das einen direkten Zugang zur Straße hatte. Die gut restaurierte Unterkunft in dem alten Gebäude liegt günstig inmitten der schönen Altstadt, direkt am Hafen von Chania. Viele Restaurants und Shops sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die freundliche "Betreuung" durch Silvia, der Besitzerin des Gebäudes, mit Informationen über die Stadt, Ausflugsziele und Wetteraussichten hat uns gut gefallen. Da die Altsrtadt für den pkw- Verkehr gesperrt ist, kann man einen pkw nur im angrenzenden Hafengebiet abstellen. Ein öffentlicher - gebührenfreier - Parkplatz liegt nur ca. 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Intendiamo sottolineare la gentilezza della proprietaria, la sua attenzione costante ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Inoltre Silvia è "una miniera di informazioni" sia pratiche che culturali.

Spazioso e ben arredato l'appartamento. Disponibilità, premura e cortesia della Titolare. Squisito il dolce di benvenuto (ci è stato offerto anche il bis). Eccellente il servizio con pulizia camera e cambio biancheria tutti I giorni!! La posizione è centralissima in uno dei vicoletti più fotografati (data la sua bellezza) della città. Parcheggio libero a 2 passi. Bagno Pulito e spazioso, letto matrimoniale very-very big e confortevole. Insomma tutto bellissimo
