В случае аннуляции за 1 сутки до даты заезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 6 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 2.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

Очень приветливый персонал: встретили, привезли в отель, предложили приветственный коктейль, рассказали, что где есть по близости, где взять машину, как добраться до города, какие есть экскурсии и сколько стоят и т.д. В номере есть плитка и посуда. Очень уютный бар у бассейна. И конечно же отличный пляж в нескольких метрах!!! Это самый лучший пляж из всех, на которых я когда-либо была: черный песок, очень чистое море и очень красивые камушки!)))) Т.к. номера находятся в небольшом углубление (полуподвал), то в номере немного пахнет сыростью и практически не сохнут вещи!)))) |

Staff was fantastic and helped with all arrangements needed. Room cleaning was always inobtrusive and conducted around our irregular schedule. Nice room, bar, restaurant and pool environment with wide variety of flowering plants. I will stay there again |

It's very near the beach and there is also a bus stop very near if you want to go to town or any place alse. The rooms are old and pretty small which is typical of Europe. |

the hotel was like a resort oasis. you could stay right at the hotel and never leave. George and Marie and the staff are fabulous they help with planning day excursions and car rentals. It was a fabulous stay. |

The location is very good (3 min to walk to the beach), the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and cozy. The staff (except for the young woman at the bar who was really nice) was unfriendly and not helpful at all. They had overpriced offers for the daily excursions (we found the same ones for almost 30% less at the agency), had no recommendations for places to eat or hang out (but they did mention they have meal service and bar). |

The staff of the hotel was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and the pick up service was a big plus. The room was clean and good size and the location was very good. My family and myself would definitely come back. We also recommend you to rent a car and to do a tour with the boat for the amazing sunset. We didn't like the shower. This is the only thing we really had an issue with and would suggest a renewal. The breakfast was okay, but you shouldn't expect much more for the price. |

People of the hotel are very nice. Their price is also reasonable and the room has everything you need. The hotel is just 50 meters of the beach Perivolos which in my opinion is the best in Santorini. I little far from Fira´s downtown and Santorini´s airport if you have to move in the island by bus. |

The relaxation and how the people that worked at the hotel were very helpful. There was nothing to do at night except sit around the pool because there is nothing that close other than the beach. |

the location was just perfect!right on the beautiful black beach.breathtaking view of the mountains, and minutes from all restaurants shops in the area..the special thing about smaragdi is the staff who were helpful at all times and made us feel right at home..thank you george for helping us find the bookstore in athens and everything else.your friendly, helpful, and very funny:)we loved our chats..we will visit santorini soon and cannot wait to stay at your hotel again..many thx for the wonderful experince we had because of you. |

The staff were so friendly and always extremely helpful. They fixed our air conditioning immediately, made helpful recommendations about day trips which were good value for money, helped with bus times/ location of super markets etc. Hotel is beautiful our room was perfect for what we needed and excellent value for money. Plus right next to the beach! |

The very comfortable relaxed atmosphere at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble, staff always polite. Pool and apartment were cleaned daily. Very helpful owners when wanting to hire vehicles. A very enjoyable family holiday. |
