The hospitality was amazing! Sofia is great and George (our bartender) is just awesome!!! Would recomend this place to all my friends. Please try the drink called "bloody George" - Pizza in a glass!!!! We stayed at a room that used to be a garage... maybe not as nice as all the pics from the hotel... we still had a blast though!

Everithing Good position but the owner is the rudest person we ever met, the word "clean" is something they never heard and the towel are old, smelly and few. Do not go there for any reason

Overall it was great but the walk up to the hotel is very very steep so the walk is longer than what you would expect.

Met off the ferry by the owner which we weren't expecting. Lovely hotel rooms all on one level and spaced out around the central pool and bar area give it the feel of a tiny village in itself. Grat pool area with loungers etc. Lovely big triple room given although we only booked a double. Fridge didn't work but was replaced straight away. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Sophia even greeted us with homemade cake! If you don't wan't to walk back up the hill to hotel taxi very cheap, only 3 or 4 euro. Stayed here before and will again. It is a little out of town but easy to walk to if you don't mind a hill. Advertise breakfast but no sign of any on any morning. Couple of breakfast places just down the road though. They should have a simple bread and jam and coffee on offer to help yourself to.

The Sofia village is good deal price/quality. Sofia is always friendly and so is all the other staff. The pool is great for lounging , and if you are there for watching the sunset you can try one ( or more) of bartender Giorgios supercocktails with some nice music playing. we will go back !!

The rooms were very spacious and a great value for the price. The entire hotel was kept immaculate and ferry pickup/dropoff was an added convenience. But the best part of the entire hotel is the pool and bar. George is a great bartender who added so much energy to the hotel. We really enjoyed chilling around the pool, listening to tunes and sipping on cocktails. We didn't experience this atmosphere anywhere else in Greece.

The public area were really nice. It is good for party (bar with drinks next to the swimming pool at nigth) but not for family trip. The room (24) had an small window with view to an stair (poor ventilation) and the bed had a bottom wooden bar broken. The cleaning was not so good. The staff was not so friendly like other hotels.

Would highly recommend this hotel! It's not a compliant, however the massive hill u need to walk up from town Is a killer! But this would not pur me off staying here again.

Location is good with nice views - a 5-10minute walk down to Mykonos City. The room for 4 people was a good size, neat and clean. Nice pool area. The walk up the hill is a bit of a workout so make sure you ask for the free airport/ferry transfer.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic - extremely friendly and welcoming. The bar man 'George' was extremely friendly and full of information of which he was willing to share. The location is just slightly out of the main town, up a steap hill, but the view of the sea and the sunset from the outside hotel bar makes it worth it - stunning. The rooms are good size, fully equipped, tidy and clean. Free transfers to and from the port from the hotel as well!! All in all a very good stay and would reccomend this hotel to anyone who doesnt mind the walk up the hill!! (its good for the buttocks!!)

Immaculate rooms. Excellent pool. Friendly staff. Transfers very helpful and acceptable. Other guests respected the peace and quiet of the "village". We've stayed before and can thoroughly recommend it The apartments are situated quite a way from the old centre and harbours of Mykonos town - and it's a steep walk there and back. On the other hand it is convenient for the airport.

Sofias Village us in a great location, there is a steep walk from Mykonos back to the hotel, but thats good after you have just eaten and had a bottle of wine with dinner to walk off! The rooms are very spacious and spotless, serviced every day, Don't take any notice of what you read about Sofia, she is wonderful, a traditional hard working Greek lady who doesn't suffer fools gladly! Makes great donuts! George at the bar is great. Great spot, would return there tomorrow if I could!

George the bar man was the highlight of our stay at Sofia Village. He is the most funny guy with the kindest heart. The location of sofia village is fantastic. The town is just a 5 min walk and although it's on a rather steep hill, it is a great way to burn off dinner. I would definitely stay at Sofia village again and again.

Sofia was very nice, she picked us up at the port and helped us rent a bike to go around the island. The hotel is not extremely confortable but the location and the price make it ok. Be prepared to go up a steep road to get back to the hotel from Mykonos town.

Though the hotel is located a steep 400m walk from teh center of Mykonos town, it still made for a very convenient location. The views and especially the sunsets were quite beautiful. It is also located a short walk from a grocery store, where we picked up snacks and drinks. We were not especially pleased with the room we were given as it faced the parking lot. We also requested a double room and were given 2 single beds to push together.

“The hotel was amazing in every sense. The staff was flawless. The free breakfast in the morning was the best I had in all of Greece. It's close to town, shopping & the beach. The wireless was free, available in room, and had a great connection. I cannot say enough about this hotel. It rained the entire time we were in Mykonos & it was still our favorite stop!” Megan, Portland |

“The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for being able to walk in to central town at night yet being peacefully away from the hustle during the day. The food is excellent, as is the decor and the cleanliness. If you go to Mykonos, do the horseriding recommended by this Hotel but as close to sunset as possible; the views and the experience are fabulous! And later in the day, the heat is better for you and for the horses! The go-karting was fun too and it's definitely worth hiring a car to get to those sheltered beaches.” Carla, Cranbrook Road |
