The rooms blocked out any noise which was great.
I didn't like how Sophia humiliated some guests that had done something in the room which caused her to go all psycho on their asses. She just yelled at them in front of everyone who was lounging by the pool. There are ways to deal with things in a decent manner, she certainly did not! Granted the guests should not have tried to hide what they did, however she doesn't have a right! Poor communication skills of the staff at this hotel make it really difficult to enjoy the time. Guests beware of Sophia cause she can be really scary
shuttle bus, to port & airport.lateness of opening of pool,
having to phone out for food ,not available at resort.
Just the pool
Very slow wifi.
The unpolite staff, curios and not friendly and rude. The pool bar offers only toasts. Full of young noisy people and the double.room was really small with just a really small window. I had much more better accommodation for that price un mykonos
Staff , and rooms were clean showers worked well
Location and pool
nice and clean hotel in a very convinent location.
Clibing the hill at the end of the day was hard when going back to the hotel
Excellent location, friendly staff, g8 pool bar with nice cocktails and friendly bartender...
Staff were very friendly willing to take to airport.
Position was not as close to centre as with thought, still only a 5 minute walk but coming back it is up a huge hill. No breeze by the pool unlike near the beach.
Best hotel in Mykonos!!! Second time back and just as amazing as the first! Staff and facilities are top notch! Location is perfect!!!
The bar man makes the best cocktails - definitely try the apple mojito. Sofia is lovely and extremely helpful. A short walk from town and a nice view too.
Location Room Pool
Room very central in hotel = noisy
Really liked the pool/bar area. Georges made the most awesome Mojito - all I needed was one! I liked that it had a neighborhood feel - not like you're in a run of the mill hotel/hostel.Convenient walk to town (although I did slip and fell on the walk down to town, be aware of the uneven road) and there was a market and Starbucks within a 5-minute walk from the village. Panos was very nice and helpful in picking/dropping us off at the port. He was really running late and Sofia offered, but Panos arrived in the nick of time!
Well, at least it was during our last night - but the air-con stopped working. They weren't able to get it fixed right away as it was a Sunday evening. But other than that, nothing comes to mind.
The staff were excellent, we extended our stay and they helped fit us in for the extra few nights. Close to Mykonos town.
Wifi wasn't great, but only complaint.
everything lift from the port to the hotel lift from hotel to airport the turtles in the garden
The service and personal attention as well as the great value cocktails!
The room was very spacious, modern & very clean with a nice view over Mykonos. Nice pool & pool bar.
The steep hill when returning to the hotel on foot.
The pool area was nice. Had a nice welcome relaxed feel about the place. Staff nice and friendly.
The beds could be more comfortable. Too far away from town for older people to walk..
The reception, they find us on the street and they call a car immediatly. The swimming pool with Nice music and nice food at everyhour.
On the top of a hill. Noisy night with cars, neighboughs, animals. Curiously credit card doesn't work when it was time to pay and impossible to have a receipt...
The pool was excellent and open all day and most of the night, with a bar. Nice and close to shops, cafes, multiple beaches, and the town. They also picked us up from the port and dropped us off again once we checked out, which was lovely.
Staff were great, helpful and the ferry transfers were appreciated. The pool and pool bar are a good benefit. Room was a basic studio with minimal kitchenette which was suitable for us for a few days.
The apartment we were in was surrounded by barking dogs throughout the night.
Great views, great value for money (high season)
The walk from town is steep and takes about 10-12 minutes. Even so great value for a reasonable price!
George the bar man, panoramic views
The climb to the top
The staff were very polite and the bartender George was awesome! We had such a good time staying here, the hotel was also in a very good location and easy to get to from the airport. Would definitely come again!
