Sofia - Yiota Studios & Apartments

Very clean, quite, good location, beautiful view at garden. Beach is near, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Zakynthos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided, air conditioning (but we did not have a need for it). We stayed in August, and the weather was excellent, and suppose that September is even better.

No dislikes.

We stayed in a lovely 2 bed apartment, which had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The family who owned the apartments were very caring, and loved my children 7 and 13. The location is excellent, not to far from the wonderful beach and into town for lovely evening meals. The apartment was cleaned every other day, with clean bedding and towels for the first week , then as expected reduced abit on the second as would be going home. The gardens are very well kept and the whole place is fresh and clean. We have stayed in Tsilivi 8 times to different apartments, and I can honestly say this has been the best so far. Thank You.

First we liked the staff, especially Sofia's husband, Dimitri. A very nice man who helped us with everything we needed. All of Sofia's family was very very nice, they even gave us some fresh mint (for Mojitos) at 1 a.m. Then the villas have the most beautiful garden. Pine trees, palm trees and a big cactus. Rooms were very nice and clean.

I wished we had one bed, instead of two separated ones, but we managed just fine.

Good location - close to the village and the beach. Very good value for money.

Poor cleanliness of the room. Towels and bed sheets changed every 3 days..

Nice apartments, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment, quiet and suitable for a relaxing family holiday. Situated apart from the noisy part of the town, and not far from a beautiful sandy beach the place is provides ideal conditions for a quiet holiday. The staff is friendly and very cooperative.

There were no mosquito nets on the windows. Towels are clean, but not "crystal white". Not enough shades and benches to enjoy the beautiful garden.

Vsi4ko mi haresa mnoooooooooooogo.Izklju4itelno prijatno oformeni kashti,razko6na gradina,mjasto za parkirane,super udoben apartament za semeistva s 2 otdelni stai,dneven trakoborudvana kuhnja,terasa kam moreto.Mnogo 4isto,prijatno.Sofia,Dimitri i tjahnoto semeistvo sa mnogo gostopriemni,usmihnati,davat polezni saveti za nai-hubavite mesta i plazhove,koito 4ovek ne trjabva da propuska.Samo admiratsii.Posre6naha ni na tsentara,za da ne se lutame.Mnogo druzheljubni i prijatni hora.Staite sa udobni,leglata sa6to,ima Wi-Fi postojanno,klimatisi ima,topla voda.Karpite se smenjaha vseki den,po4istvaha.Super po4ivka.Dogodina sme pak pri tjah.Ne me interesuva hotel na parva linija,ne iskam Z... palace,tsenata e super za 7 dnevna po4ivka s golemi detsa.Strahotni restoran4eta ima v Tsilivi kato Calipso-ne go propuskaite.Blagodarja za prekrasnata po4ivka.

Βολική τοποθεσία κοντά στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου και 500μ απο την παραλία του Τσιλιβί, ησυχία, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια για την κατηγορία τιμής, φιλικό προσωπικό.

Ottima posizione nella vivace,ma non troppo,Tsilivi. Non si è in mezzo al chiasso ma è veramente a due passi da tutto e immersa nel verde!

Se non cè Sofia (la ragazza che gestisce l'albergo) non aspettatevi molto aiuto dal resto dello staff (genitori) non parlano bene l'inglese e a volte fanno orecchie da mercante!

L'ospitalità e la disponibilità dei proprietari! Consigliatissimo!!!

The staff is friendly. Nice apartments, clean, spacious. Nagyon jó helyen található az apartmannház, közvetlen út visz a tengerpartra. Tágas apartmann, külön hálószobákkal. Kedves, fiatal tulajdonosok. Minden nap vagy másnap volt takarítás, törölközőcsere. Gyönyörű kert.

No mosquito nets on the windows :-( !!! Az öreg tulajdonost kerülni kell, mert mogorva. Ha kinyitottuk az ablakot akkor bejöttek a szúnyogok, ha használtuk a klímát akkor ránk szólt, hogy sokat fogyaszt. A kert ugyan szép, de nem lehet kiűlni.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν άψογοι, φιλικοί και βοηθητικοί! Η τοποθεσία των διαμερισμάτων ήταν η ιδανικότερη για άτομα που ψάχνουν ησυχία, πράσινο, αλλά με άμεση και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Τσιλιβί αλλά και της Ζακύνθου. Ένα λεπτάκι από το κέντρο του Τσιλιβί και 1 λεπτό από την όμορφη και οργανωμένη παραλία του χωριού. Ήταν πολύ άνετα τα διαμερίσματα με πραγματικά πολύ πολύ χαμηλή τιμή!! Φύγαμε ενθουσιασμένοι και ικανοποιημένοι !!!

Λόγω της οροφής με κεραμίδια, το ταβάνι μας είχε μια κληση στις άκρες. Λόγω του ότι ήμασταν στον πάνω όροφο, το ύψος του ταβανιού ήταν πολύ χαμηλό σε σημεία όπου ήταν και λίγο επικύνδυνο για μικροτραυματισμούς.

Nothing. The staff hasn't spoken any english when we arrived, they almost didn't knew who we are unless we booked it 1 week in advace. The room didn't looked like at all how the pictures on booking.com or website. The appartments are in my opinion farer then 600m from the beach. But these are all my experiences and I totally can understand if somebody goes there and loves it. Unfortunately I haven't liked it.
