This is a spotlessly clean, comfortable hotel with a great staff who will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whilst most rooms in the hotel are not facing the famous Caldera, there is a lovely raised terrace with comfortable seating on the roof from which you can enjoy the view. For the money, this hotel was just what we expected .... thank you Hotel Sofia!!! |

Room was cleaned, unintrusive cleaner. location ok. nice pool. no view of caldera. room very small for 3 people. didnt replace soaps in bathroom. pokey bathroom. sofia run off her feet. no really plusses/extras. |

There was a very strong odor of sulfur in our bathroom. Also, it would have been nice to have travel size shampoo/conditioner bottles, and hand towels. The bath towels were so scratchy! |

convenient location. Possibly the hardest bed I ever tried to sleep on. Room was so hot when we checked in that a/c couldn't begin to cool it off. We arrived at 18:30 and at 23:30 it was still about 20degF hotter than outside. Had to open door to room & shared balcony, and doors to hotel hallway just to get air through the room, and slept in damp clothes just to make the room bearable - it didn't cool off until dawn so we had to keep our doors open all night! 2nd night was ok because the room had been cooled off. Sofia was very nice & helpful at checkin/checkout but when we went into her shop for info she was dismissive and rude - we ended up asking the shop across the street for info. |

The hotel is well located, it is possible to arrive using public transport from Fira (first stop of the bus going to Oia). It is located in a calm area but at the same time closed to the center of Fira. The swimming pool area is nice. We were a bit dissapointed by the hotel. We expected a romantic cosy hotel, and the reallity is that it s more like a hostel. In my opinion it is not a 3 stars hotel. The sheets were really of very bad quality, the room had no charm at all, and the bathroom smelled bad. The photos of the rooms showed in booking.com are in my opinion quite far from the room we got. |

This hotel is very well located on the pathway that follows the Caldera. The view from my room's balcony, even though it was partially obstructed, was amazing. The room was nice and equiped with a/c and patio doors that can be securilly left open at night. It is easy to find parking around and only a small walking distance to Fira main center. Staff was friendly. Pool area was nicelly kept. Internet access would have been nice. |

la localisation de l'hotel avec vue sur la mer Egée et la Caldeira. les facilités d'accès (bus,taxi...). La piscine. la literie. la salle de bain avec fuite d'eau et odeur de remontée d'égout. le frigo sans posibilité de réglage (l'eau des bouteilles gelait!!) |

La habitación era muy bonita, cómoda, lo que si algo chica. Teníamos un balcón cómodo. Las instalaciones del hotel eran buenas. Muy linda pileta. La ubicación era realmente buena, se podía ir caminando a thira, y estaba en pleno centro de firestofani. Decía que tenían internet wi fi gratis en zonas comunes y no era así, había que pagar. La dueña se puso bastante pesada con el tema del check out. El baño tenía olor a cloaca. En la mayoría de los hoteles de las islas griegas te van a buscar al puerto, este hotel no tiene ese servicio. |

La habitación era muy luminosa, con una cama muy cómoda. Se agradece tener el frigorífico en la habitación y una piscina muy cuidada y agradable. Además, está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos del bullicio. El personal del hotel es bastante frío y distante. Además, anuncian que hay Wi-Fi incluido en la habitación y no es verdad. Para conexión a internet te mandan a un café que hay enfrente del hotel (propiedad de la misma empresa/familia) donde 30 minutos de conexión cuestan 3 euros. |

Zona tranquila y el personal es amable. Calidad/precio es correcto. Sabanas y toallas asperas (ya que no utilizan suavizante) y teneis que comprar gel y champu ya que no hay en la habitación. |
