we were surprised finding a studio with more or less equipped kitchen instead of double room - there is NO double room in the hotel, only studios/apartments the hotel is even not 2 stars as was stated. The room was tiny for three persons, aircon that was provide for the extra payment did not worked properly and the staff could't fix the problem, the bathroom was terrific (shower did not work at all, the floor was extremely slippery even not wet and I could't allow to my child to go to the bathroom alone) The room itself is very unsafety for children.. |

the staff was very friendly,the hotel is looking very nice and the rooms are very clean,the pool is ok,the location is good ,not too far from the Kalamaki beach,very good for families with children |

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρά δωμάτια,κοντά στην παραλία αλλά και κοντά στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου.Πολύ καθαρή πισίνα.Στα + του δωματίου το ψυγείο και το κουζινάκι.Πολυ καλό poolbar. Μια TV στα δωμάτια θα ήταν καλή. Επίσεις και κανένα ελληνικό τραγουδάκι δεν θα ήταν άσχημο στο poolbar!!! |

Servitrisen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående! Fin innergård med mycket vackra blommor. Kvinnan i receptionen var inte tillmötesgående, hade problem med vårt badrum som luktade kloak under hela vistelsen och jag tycker att vi kunde fått någon typ av kompensation för detta. |

H πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό που μας προσφέρανε ότι είχαμε ζητήσει. Πολύ καλή και η κουζίνα τους και ότι βρίσκεται σε καλό σημείο του Καλαμάκι. Σχετικά με την απόσταση από την υποδοχή μέχρι το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ μακριά, και υπήρχε μυρωδιά από τον βόθρο. |

Personnel sympathique et disponible, joli jardin, chambres- appartements avec tout confort (cuisinière, frigo, bouilloire), bon rapport qualité-prix. Pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bain; musique d'un goût discutable jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. |

Ce qui a de bien avec avec cet hôtel,c'est qu'il y a une cuisine avec frigo( très important avec cette chaleur)+ un balcon dans chaque chambre. Spéctacle anglais jusqu'à minuit,(A la mister been) sur grand écran.Aussi quelques problèmes d'eau chaude.(vite résolu). |

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Es ist durch die Poolbar extrem laut. Bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte wird ein Aufschlag berechnet. Airdondition kostet extra |

Ένα εξαιρετικό ξεναδοχείο σε σχέση προσφόρας υπηρεσιών και τιμής.Καθαρά δωμάτια πεντακάθαρη πισίνα και άψογο σέρβις απο όλο το προσωπικό.Ένας πολύ φιλικός ιδιοκτήτης έτοιμος να βοηθήσει σε κάθε τυχόν πρόβλημα που μπορούσε να δημιουργηθεί. |
