Convenience, friendly staff, lots of great restaurants.helpfulfolks. I notice our sheets were stained. Clean, but the stains (dark spots andI think maybe ink stains???? I was surprised that such a fine 4 star hotle would allow these to get through. Again, the sheets were clean mind you, but I would have never put these on a bed in a fine hotel where my price was above normal. |

Fitness centre The functioning of the security lift (elevator); very confusing and no explainations given at reception. The lack of explaination about how the billing system worked and having a problem with charging my meal onto my overnight stay. The poor state of the bathroom (already showing signs of wear and tear in shower area) |

The bathroom was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the dining and entertainment options excellent. |

It was a great location, so close to the airport, which was a major plus for a very early morning flight. I thought the price was very high. Also, the hotel policy is that they cannot accommodate a 3rd person (older than 10 years old) in any of their rooms. So we had to book a second room, which then doubled the price. Due to our very early morning flight, we were occupying the rooms for only about 6 hours in total. |

Location. If you have a very early flight its the only game in town. Price. The price of the room was very high and the cost of food at the hotel restraunts was excessive. Much less expensive to eat at the airport!! What Athens Airport needs is a selection of 3 star hotels to provide some competition.Would only recommend if you have a very early flight or are attending a meeting at the hotel. |

Best thing is location -- right across from the airport. Price! Even though it's a nice hotel, it's overpriced, and they charge extra for things that should be free, like 18 euro for Internet access. |

Convenience to the airport for an early morning flight. A beautiful room with all the amentities you can imagine. Clean and bright, did not even hear airplane takeofffs. Crikey, it's expensive. Nearly double the cost of a similar hotel in the city. If I didn't have such an early morning flight I never would have stayed. |
