Nydelig hotell, pent og velutstyrt rom. Flott beliggenhet når man har veldig tidlig flyavgang!

Høg standard og kvalitet og svært god mat.

Synes ikke det var rent på rommet. Nattevakt ga oss feil info om hva som var åpent den 8/6 dette kostet oss dyrt. Ikke service venlige ansatte i restaurant til frokost. Hotellet bar preg av å være et sted for gjennomereise av kunder det var ikke noe atmosfære der. Har bodd på Sofitel Hotell andre steder som har vært en helt annen opplevelse.

. Needing a hotel close to Athens Airport the Sofitel was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we have to say has not been our experience at all of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We will certainly use the Sofitel again when travelling early in the morning from Athens Airport. The sound proofing is excellent - we heard no aircraft noise at all

Some of the lifts were out of service but hey they have to be serviced sometimes, other than that no complaints at all.

it was very close to the airport lounge, so I could walk from my room to the departure counter.

The price is ridiculous, extremely expensive.

The restaurant provided fine service but it was very pricey.We read reviews about going back to eat at the airport but we needed a break and did not want fast food. .without a boarding card the choices for food are limited. It was our most expensive meal in our 2 weeks of travel ..we felt like a captive audience ..with no better option. The hotel rooms and common corridors need to be updated. The bed/bedding were crisp and clean.

We were very pleased with the room. Stylish, clean, comfortable.

The bell staff were not helpful when we asked for assistance with left luggage.

Convenience to the airport

The hotel did not have a coffee shop where one could get a light meal. Both restaurants were pricey.

Walking distance from the Athens airport. We weren't able to find any other hotel around, so we have to pay so much for just 5 hours. The girl on reception helped me to change the reservation date, although it took half an hour to be changed, it was some kind of procedure.

Five starts and we still need to carry the heavy baggage, there were some strong young man there, i suppose they would carry, but they didn't mean to carry anything to help us.

Location at the airport and metro station was the main reason for staying here. We had to catch a very early morning flight and didn't want the hassle of dealing with Athens' questionable taxi drivers. It has all the conveniences you would expect from a five star hotel with all staff being friendly and helpful.

Despite the high cost of the hotel room, everything beyond the basic room was available for a hefty extra cost which is roughly triple to quadruple what you would expect to pay at other hotels.
