Clean room , ideal for gays , modest breakfast , terrace view partly sea and partly roof top solar panels of hotel across road . located other end of town very close to new port, that's why free pick up , 1.7 km. Uphill and dark road walking back from town . the service and advise is average, only whatever is for her advantage .

False advertisement , its not 500 meter , but its 900 meters to first bus station and 1.7 km to town ,(measured on google) far from everything . beware of shower floors has mould, exaggerated complements about lady owner in reviews.

The owner Helen was lovely, she picked us up from the airport on arrival and took us to the hotel. She explained how to get into the town, which was about 10-15 minutes walk from the room. It was in a great location, and the room was basic, but very clean. The terrace was nice to have the simple breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very helpful staff picking me up from the airport and dropping me off at the port the next day. Clean room. A little bit of a walk to the city centre (approx 15 mins) but only a gradual incline so not difficult to walk along one road.

The owner was an excellent host and accomodated our every need. The view from our terrace was excellent, being right across the road from the Aegean Sea.

As expected for the price, the rooms are modest and fairly small. But we would stay here again for the ambiance and excellent service.

The best part was the warm welcome and family like friendliness of Helene Spanelis (elegant yet unobtrusive), the owner and manager. She was always available, if I needed a towel for the beach, where the locals ate, or tidbits about Mykonos history and politics, the Greeks and the Turks, etc. She speaks 5 languages. I liked the location, near town but away from the noise of the discos. Very clean, inexpensive, she met me at the boat. Service & graciousness far beyond my expectation & experience at a budget hotel.

παλαιοσ εξοπλισμοσ δωματιων, δεν συνισταται σ ενα νησι σαν τη μυκονο.

Acceuil : hélène et theodoros vous acceuillent comme en famille ... et connaissent bien-sûr leur île ... Calme du lieu : appréciable, un peu en dehors du tumulte de la Nuit Myconienne ... Vue : panoramique sur mer et îlots - bateaux "croisières" y compris certains soirs ... Bref, plus investi "to the Real Life" que juste "to the Myconian Nightlife" ...

Rien ... car si demandé, je suis certain qu'ils auraient tenté de faire le Maximum pour vous contenter ....

Near the city center, but far from the bar and discos. Simple and discrete hotel, small and with a nice view for the sea, nice to enjoy the sunset.
