VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND GOOD LOCATION
Great location at the center of Athens. Very easy access to the nightlife. Hotel staff very welcoming.
I would not rate it for 5 stars or at least our room which was on the ground floor next to the stairs and the reception and it was quite noisy.
The hotel has a good location. Few minutes walk to the shopping area. Able to access to choices of restaurants easily.
When I did my booking, I have made a comment that I would strongly need good access of wifi. The wifi was really bad, that just by connecting two phones devices, it just kept disconnecting. I mentioned and asked the front desk about it. But all they said was just asking me to paying extra money for the premium wifi. It is not that I am not willing to pay, but at least, as a five stars hotel standard, the hotel should have at least a stable signal for it.
The location was good, the staff were friendly, breakfast was very generous. Room in general adequate.
No bath slippers provided in the room.
The most amazing view you can imagine. Good breakfast
its a great location, staff very friendly
that the 6th floor restaurant was closed, i missed the view. its a bit of a building site at the moment, staff are very new . Two singles in stead of a double bed. room seemed smaller than I remember
hotel needs renovation!!!
nice view over Athens in restaurant - very kind staff - nice rooms 10/10
Restaurant offers very high quality dishes, but is expensive.
The price was very good and we stay here every year. The location is great, we love the Kolonaki area as its close to shopping, food and cafes. Will keep coming back as we have tried other hotels in the area and this one is better
I think the rooms are in desperate need of upgrading now. Nothing has changed in the last 6-7 years. The bathrooms and showers need to be overhauled as soon as possible. Apart from this I'm always happy to be here.
The best view of Acropolis in Athens, it was very clean and bed&pillow were comfortable
The breakfast was not what you expect for a 5stars hotel, the power shower was not working and the toilletries were of poor quality. Summing up, it' s an overpriced hotel.
Friendly, helpful staff and it the decorum was very nice.I love that it was centrally located.
The elevator was too small.
Good position of the hotel.
There was no menu inside the room and I made the mistake to order food from their kitchen bar.Everything was so expensive and the food of low quality be careful on that and ask for prices inbefore.
To charge a breakfast 22 euros per person is too much
The Kindly,Friendly and Quick Service, the Cleanliness, The price is very economic, Located 5 mins from every thing of athens Downtown, The Breakfast and the view from the SkyBar Was Exceptionnal . Very Great Hotel .
There was a problem of the AC
The location of the hotel is great & the views over the acropolis as well.
We had a wonderful holiday in Athens. Hotel was wonderful with its very friendly & helpful staff, great location, cleanliness, perfect wi-fi connection, lovely view of city & Acropol. Thanks a lot to the management and all staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location. Kolonaki is a five minute walk. The restaurant on the 6th floor has an amazing view of the Acropolis with breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. Very good quality food also. I will definitely stay here again.
Although the bed was very comfortable it was too big (king size) for the room and I felt the room was a little stuffy. However I was only in the room at night so it didn't bother me too much.
Parking takes time to find , small room , small bathroom , to much heat , not good soundproof, I wonder how this and many other hotels rated as 5 stars ..
- Location - Nice view from the top floor restaurant
- Rooms are small and need to be refurbished - Construction works next to the hotel, that started at around 7.15am; - Too much noise when opening the window, and air conditioning was noisy and not effective; - Gym is small and poorly equiped.
The top restaurant with its incredible view on the city and the Acropolis
One of the elevators was broken and the waiting was long...
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms not very clean. There is a bad smell in the room.
Location is amazing, the view from the rooms and the restaurant breathtaking. Service is very nice and friendly.
I visited the hotel in 2006 rooms hasn't changed since, they do need some refreshing and /or some rennovation.
Good location in a quiet part of the city. King size bed but old spring matress. Big room. Cash ATM in the lobby.
Hard to get to the hotel if you have mobility problems and don't want to use a taxi, no bus or metro station close by and it's a steep climb with stairs. The restaurant has a great view but the food is expensive and not great. The room we had really needed refurbishing as does the whole of the hotel, the shower was only working on one setting no possibility of having a bath or massage as advertised, the view was on a wall (atrium) and quite noisy (we could hear the other couple in the next room as if they were in ours) and the cleanliness was mediocre (hairs on the toilet seat and washbasin, tea cups sticky with sugar...). All in all not a five star at all, more like three.
