The hotel staff was very, very helpful and friendly. This made all the difference to me. When I rolled in the clerk offered me a cold drink and even ordered my dinner which arrived at my room in about 10 minutes. |

the staff and the location the facility is poor : they can not coneect the phone from outside to your room, not evry morrnig where all the product at the dinning room, the remotcontrol of the tv dos'nt work, even they change it no' of times. |

The carpet was really dirty, free internet did not work, bed was hard, area is not that great, it was really noisy, and a lot of light comes into the room during the day without a way without blacking it out. |
