Star Beach Village & Water Park

Das Wlan Internet funktionierte nicht - den Hotelmanager hat es weder interessiert noch wurde irgendwas entschuldigt oder repariert. Auch andere Hotelgäste haben sich beschwert.

The hotel was ok as the staff, for a family of 5 was very good thank you. I liked the idea to have the children playing in the slide and see them from the ground. I like the independ toilet from the shower..Outside looks very nice.

Its a shame that at the end of october (25-30) the facilities like the tobogan and slide were closed even in a sunny day, a lot of family were dissapointed as the children too. Some of the swimming pools were closed even when the slide was close too. The towels in our bathroom were clean but too old. the bathroom look rusty .

It was cheap, and had a good location. And was a nice comfortable hotel

There was a problem, that was not fixed until 4 days after we told about it (Toilet) And when fixed, I don't think it was. And ants also in the toilet (but perhaps they are everywhere)

Definitly it is not 4* hotel. All rooms facilities seem to be old and very used. During our stay there was plenty of teenagers from Russia, Poland etc. and mainly partying in hotel till dawn. To have a dinner I can recommend to avoid hotel restaurant and enjoy it in some tovern close to harbor.

We are from Russia and booked this hotel while travelling in Crete. What we like about this hotel is: good value for money; an option to use restaurent at a discount price (not every day, but whenever you like), kitchen facilities. It is a lively place with a lot of fun and entertainment (music, disco, water sports, horseriding, minigolf...)

Good sound isolation on windows, but not as good on the door (noisy at nights when people are back from disco). Reception is slow and not "user-friendly": they do not tell you about a lot of things which are different in this hotel compare to the others: you can obtain beach towels, remote control from TV and a safe key from the reception having paid the deposit - so, when we came to our room and have discovered that these things are missing we had to return back to the reception.

The kids loved the water park. We payed an extra 15€ a person for half board and the food as great. They had a greek dancing show during friday night.

No kitchen (no sink). You get a microwave and a electric oven. It was a little hard to find.

Good appartment hotel, very close to the see (50 m). The room was cleaned every day. The pool was good. The deckchairs and the beach umbrella were free of charge both at the pool and on the beach. There are many tavernas on the seaside and in the old village at hillside so we never tried the hotel restaurant. For us this was cheaper and intimate than the usual hotel restaurant

There was no kitchen but only a microwave and fridge. The cutleries and the plates were dirty and there was no possibilitity to wash them up. (No sink)

We are a family of four with two small children. This hotel is perfect for kids of all ages and young people. There is a family area with great kids' pools. We were able to relax while our kids played and it was safe. On the other side of the resort is a fun club area where young adults from all over go to party. But they have it set up in a way that it is not obtrusive on the families, just really fun.

The hotel said they had a wireless internet connection and they did not.

Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti, kaikki tarpeelinen kuitenkin aivan riittävän lähellä. Liikunta mahdollisuudet, uima- ja auringonotto paikat erinomaiset.

Ei mitään ongelmia ollut koko aikana ( 2 vk ).

το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο με ωραίο μπάνιο

καταπληκτικη διανομη χωρων, προσεγμενο και πολυ καθαρο, ανεση στο δωματιο, πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο και αξεχαστο πρωινο και βραδυνο. η τιμη των 5 € και 10 € αντιστοιχα για πρωινο και βραδυνο πολυ καλη.

τη συνδεση με ιντερνετ. πιστευω οτι 3 €/ ωρα ειναι ακριβο δεδομενων των δωρεαν παροχων ιντερνετ στισ μερεσ μασ.
