Very friendly, helpful staff! The room was more than adequate. Prime location, close to the beach, rentals, restaurant, bus stop. A bit out of town, but that could be a positive or negative depending on what you're looking for. The family is adorable. They picked us up from the port and dropped us off at 9pm the night after we stayed there after storing our bags for us all day!!! |

Stelios and his family were absolutely wonderful people. So friendly, so genuine and so accomodating. I cannot say enough good things about them. They made us feel very welcome. In addition, this hotel's proximity to the beach is phenomenal. Just a few steps away from sand, restaurants and bars meant we never got bored or felt like making the trek out for dinner was a chore. Katerina (Stelio's daughter) took care of booking our excursion to the volcanos and Oia which made things even easier for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good accommodations at a great price. Oia and Fire are great, but horribly overpriced. We'd certainly stay in Perissa and at Stelio's Place again if we ever return to Santorini. |

The owners were very helpful in giving advice and map of location of shops,ATM restaurants etc.and Stelios (the owner) very kindly met us off the ferry and after our stay took us to the airport for our flight home for no extra charge. Our room had a fridge, aircon and wall safe. Also, the bed linen and towels were changed each day. Yes, the shower room was very "compact" and it took a bit of organisation to have a shower without flooding the whole floor....although we managed to keep the shower mat fairly dry through leaving it just outside the doorway to the bedroom. |

Very friendly staff, spartan but very clean accommodations, close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. Best bring ear-plugs as the music from the restaurants on the beach carries on most of the night. There were fleas in the bedding, I was bitten all over the face. The hotel breakfast is overpriced and barely adequate. |

hospitality. The family who owns Stelios Place was unbelievably friendly. The pool area was comfortable and perfect for a hot day. The beds were small and a bit uncomfortable. My boyfriend's legs hung off the bed. The area of Perissa is mainly a backpacking town. |

Stelios is very close to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. It's in the middle of "downtown" Perissa, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars in the area. The family that runs the place is SO friendly and helpful. They let us stay and "hang out" at the hotel for 12 hours, even use the pool, when our ferry was cancelled. They even drove us back to the port! Amazing! |

The friendliness of the family that owned it. The rooms were kept very clean, sound didn't travel through walls and the place was very pretty, and in an excellent location. |

Friendly and helpful...very concern for their guest (suggested to cancel our booked trip since we not feeling well after the ferry from Mykonos to Santorini). They do not accept cards, we have to pay cash. It was not stated in the booking.com |

staff were great, use of pool until late not really, it was appropriate to cost, we booked for 4 nights but in hindsight wished we had not stayed as long, found the area of Perissa pretty shabby and very windy. Great for backpackers but not families |

The atmosphere was wonderful thanks to Stelios and his family. The fact that we had free internet and two laptops available from the hotel and the wonderful pool were major pluses that we didn't expect. A place where we will for sure come back! |

It was an amazing stay. The family who runs the hotel are extremely friendly. The location is amazing and the hotel is very pretty in its own traditional way. Hotel offers home made breakfast and has a little shop where you can buy water also.Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a quiet holiday with a bit of island exploration in mind. It was all lovely in the hotel but do take some insect repellent as there are few of mosquitoes in the evening if you are going out. |

Position, mountains in the background, close to shops and to the beach, private balcony area. The standard of cleanliness was excellent- sheets and towels changed daily and the room thorougly cleaned by wonderful julia, who works so hard !!!Owners are courteous and friendly.Free transfer to and from the airport was a real bonus. We loved it! Tea and coffee making facilities in our appartment would have been appreciated, other than that- perfect! |
