The hotel was in a great location (bus stop 4) which is the main one for skiathos town! The owner was very friendly and really helpful! He let us stay in the room longer than check out which was a massive help!! -really appreciate it thank you!! The beach and supermarket was 2min walk and the cooking facilities were basic for a family but more than adequate for us! Would definately recommend it here! If you dont like cats I wouldn't stay here as theres about 6 of them! They can be a bit cheeky but are really friendly!

I enjoyed the Stay at Stelios studios as it was exactly what it said on the tin, so to speak. Very clean and tidy, the facilities offered were excellent for the price quoted. The Beach was literally 2 mins away on foot and the added extra was that there were 2 mini markets on the way there for anything that we needed to buy during our holiday. Mr Dimitris, the owner and his son Stelios, were very helpful and answered any questions we had very well. I highly recommend this one.

The location was what we liked more than enything. The studios were close to a supermarket, and a short walk to the beach plus easy access to the Town. Also the caretaker was very friendly and helpful at all times and the studios were basic but had all that you really needed for a holiday. Also they were very clean, very light and had air conditioning which made life much bearable in high tempertures. There was nothing we disliked.

Vi havde alletiders vært Demetris. Utrolig hjælpsom, lejlighed helt i top, ang. rengøring. Hyggelig have og tæt til stranden og byen. Et sted vi gerne vender tilbage til. Per og Anne fra Herlev dk. Perfekt tidspunkt at rejse dertil sidst i august og første del i september.

Alles bestens. Hat Spaß gemacht! Freundliche Atmosphäre...Nähe zum Strand...nicht weit in die Stadt und zum Bus. Extrem nette Familie/Gastgeber -> griechische Mentalität ist wunderschön. :)

Vicinanza con il centro, cordialità del proprietario camera troppo vicina alla strada principale, troppo caos a causa del traffico, quindi era quasi obbligatorio dormire tappati in casa con aria condizionata accesa.

Abbiamo soggiornato agli "Stelios Studios" per tre settimane ad agosto. Lo "studio" non è altro che un monolocale, anche piuttosto spazioso, direi, e completo di balconcino, dotato quindi di cucinotto, per noi molto importante vista la durata della vacanza. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni giorno, a parte la domenica e la biancheria cambiata ogni tre giorni. I proprietari sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi desiderio. Dal bagno non bisogna aspettarsi troppo, ma il problema è comune in Grecia, comunque abbastanza confortevole. Non esistono letti matrimoniali, quindi bisogna accontentarsi di avvicinare i due lettini singoli (altra cosa molto comune). posizione è ottimale in quanto molto vicino alla città di Skiathos. Essendo però non lontano dalla strada principale, in certi orari (anche notturni) può rivelarsi molto rumoroso.

αριστο σε :μέρος(τοποθεσία 30 μετρα κοντά σε παραλία), δωμάτια(δροσερά κ καθαρά),προσωπικό(οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με αγάπη),εξυπηρέτηση(αψογη συννενοηση),τιμή. λιγο τεμπελάκος γιος!

Ικανοποιητικό δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο Συρόμενη και θορυβώδη πόρτα μπάνιου. Σχετική φασαρία από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Λίγο μακρυά από το κέντρο της πόλης (περίπου 15 λεπτά) για πρόσβαση με τα πόδια.

The location was excellent. 100 metres from the beach, 5-10 minutes walk from the old harbour with shops, bars and restaurants. The location could not have been better for us. The room is basic but very clean, and has got what you need, for a beach holiday. The building is in 2 floors, unfortunately the people who lived upstairs from us, decided to have party until 4 in the morning. - luckily they only stayed there the last 2 days of our stay.

Hyggelig og behjelpelig vertskap! Fint uteområde. Behagelig aircondition. Passelig gangavstand til stranda, sentrum og bussholdeplass. Hovedveien mellom stranda og huset var trafikert. Denne måtte krysses for å komme til stranda.

Servicen! Det var en jättetrevlig man som drev stället. Han försökte alltid hjälpa till om det var något problem. Det fanns duschdraperi i duschen vilket det inte gjorde på något annat ställe som vi bodde på i Skiathos. Lite hårda sängar kanske.
