Close to the beach, clean, friendly atmosphere... Rooms not big as described on the site, bathroom don't look as a bathroom, kitchen facilities not applicable. |

Die freundliche Atmosphäre im Hause war ausgezeichnet. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Aussicht war nicht berauschend, und für lärmempfindliche Gäste, Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, nicht so empfehlenswert. . |

prix très attractif pour une famille, grand (2chambres + cuisine), proximité plage et pas loin du village, propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Se trouve à plus de 70m de la mer (entre 100 et 150m). Pour la distance de skiathos, venant du ferry il faut y ajouter la traversée du village (soit un total de 600-800m). Pas facile a trouver (surtout si on cherche à 70m de la plage!): il faudrait dans la description internet l'itinéraire le plus direct (à pied) depuis le ferry. |

Grønne omgivelser, hyggelig have. Ejeren venlig og hjælpsom. Gåafstand til byen skal rettes, der er noget længere end de angivne meter, vigtigt for dårligt gående. |

Nous sommes arrivées le 1er soir dans une chambre infestée de moustiques et nous sommes réveillée le matin évidemment criblées de piqures. Difficile de comprendre comment on peut louer une chambre dans cet état sans avoir pris la peine de désinsectiser avant. Nous avons également du nettoyer l'étagère de l'armoire sans éponge à notre disposition. L'équipement de la cuisine est également limité. |

L'accueil du patron est tout à fait adorable. Toujours disponible, il facilite la vie sur Skiathos à tous ses clients: bons conseils sur la vie quotidienne, bonnes idées de visites ,etc.Le jardin embaume des fleurs d'oranger , c'est un endroit merveilleux. Seul bémol, l'équipement ménager pour cuisiner restait sommaire dans l'appartement que nous avons loué: une seule marmite pour cuisiner. |

Die Lage war traumhaft. Das Zimmer sehr groß und sehr ruhig - kein Lärm! Der Vermieter Dimitris war hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Es gab auf der Terrasse einen sehr kleinen Tisch, an dem leider nicht 5 Personen sitzen konnten. |
