The owner was very kind and very helpful. Free WiFi. Not 300 m from town like Web says. Kitchen facilities not sufficient, (just 1 pot to cook in, only 2 forks, 2 knifes, 2 spoons, etc.). Towels changing every 3 days. No cleaning on sundays. Very messy surroundings, full of litter, leaves and cat droppings. A lot of cats messing around and do not hesitate to walk on the terras table, etc. Next to a Hen House, be ready to be waked up by a rooster every day starting around 5.30 H. |

Nothing is worth while in those studios. Maybe having wifi Impossible to get there without a taxi or car. Not 300 m from town like Web says. Kitchen facilities ancient and useless. Towels changing every 3 days. No cleaning on sundays. Very messy/melly surroundings, full of litter, leaves and cat droppings. Counted over 10 diff.cats. Can smell studios from 50 mts away. Riddiculous Bathroom. Disgusting shower curtain has over 20 years. If you want to walk around, better have life insurance bcoz there's no sidewalk on the "hard to cross" road and no traffic lights so, big danger there, specially at night, returning from clubbin'. Next to a Hen House, be ready to be wake up by a roster every day at 6. Nearest beach is small and pebbly. No place to leave bags when leaving late. No breakfast |

Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Gli appartamenti si trovano all'interno di un cortile gradevole con molto verde e le stanze sono abbastanza silenziose. Se si arriva sull'isola senza prenotare è facile trovare degli studios a prezzi decisamente più bassi, nonostante questo sia uno di quelli più bassi (tra quelli che ho trovato su internet) |

il proprietario sig Dimitri è stato sempre gentile e ci ha aiutato in varie occasioni. inoltre è necessario munirsi di un mezzo in quanto è distante dal porto il canto del gallo la mattina presto e l'ubicazione, vicino la strada, che lo rende un po' troppo rumoroso. |

Accueil sympathique Tout de meme assez près de la route.ok pour une halte de 2/3 nuits. Centre ville à pied en 15 mn. Proche d'une jolie plage, et de quelques bonnes tavernes |

Vi likte beliggenheten og terrassen. Den lå ok til i forhold til buss til strender.Bra i forh til bystranden. Leil var ok utstyrt. Litt mer kopper og glass. |

Ηταν πολύ ήσυχο και πράσινο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενής και με βοήθησε να βρω φάρμακα όταν δεν ένιωθα καλά. Μια πιο ευδιάκριτη ταμπέλα επί του δρόμου για να γνωρίζει ο ξένος κυρίως τουρίστας που πάει. |

l'Hotel è situato ai margini alti del paese, a ridosso della spiaggia, ha un bel giardino per i momenti di relax, ma soprattutto ha un proprietario splendido, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo che parla benissimo l'inglese.Vi verrà incontro in ogni necessità. Contattatelo per email prima di partire per informarlo delle modalità e degli orari del vostro arrivo (se in aereo o in traghetto); lui vi verrà ad accogliere e vi condurrà alla villa. |

Die freundliche Atmosphäre im Hause war ausgezeichnet. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Aussicht war nicht berauschend, und für lärmempfindliche Gäste, Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, nicht so empfehlenswert. . |

prix très attractif pour une famille, grand (2chambres + cuisine), proximité plage et pas loin du village, propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Se trouve à plus de 70m de la mer (entre 100 et 150m). Pour la distance de skiathos, venant du ferry il faut y ajouter la traversée du village (soit un total de 600-800m). Pas facile a trouver (surtout si on cherche à 70m de la plage!): il faudrait dans la description internet l'itinéraire le plus direct (à pied) depuis le ferry. |
