Pick up from airport and drop off to port excellent on time and good , room clean and good for location adjacent caldera. Traffic noise but to be expected.
The location is great, really convenient to other places.
I'm just a little disappointed about Stella's mother, first of all,in two days she entered our room around the midnoon without any knock,if there's a couple making love what embarrassed it will be!! And the last day we should check out at 12:00,and still 2 minutes before 12:00,she entered our room to change the stuff, and I'm using the kettle to get some hot water, and she said no no no,and ask me to pull out the plug...I feel it could be better if she would place herself in other's position.
It is a family-run hotel. All the members of the family are really nice and willing to help. The breakftast is great. Also, they pick you up from and take you to the port/airport.
The room was a bit too small and the view was not nice, but it's OK if you aren't planning to spend much time in the room.
Staff, location , breakfast attention to our needs. Picked us up and took us to the airport. Simply said...great
The family owners were very rude. Breakfast was given to you. Not self service! If you asked for more you were met with a horrible grunt.
The place is 15min walk from Fira Town, the sunset point of firastofani is 5min walk. The breakfast served was good. Supply of Hot Water 24*7 They have a private balcony.
The room offered to us was very cramped. We had two huge single beds, they could have placed slightly smaller beds to leave room to walk around. The bathroom is also very small.
Kind owner of the hotel, helpful and immediate information about all attractions. Good location of viewing sunrise.
It is a affordable place to stay during the peak season in Firostefani, with swimming pool. There are refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is okay. 4 minutes walk to bus station where you can take the bus to Fira and Oia. The same bus station is the centre of Firostefani with lots of cafes, restaurant, and the caldera view is steps away.
You really cannot sleep well because of the traffic noise at night, and the sound proof is not good. You can hear the speedy motorbikes all around you. The double room is quite small (12 square meters) with a small balcony. room furniture is simple. Wifi only in common area. No pick up service if you stay only for 1 night.
Kitchen is old but it doesn't matter much while staying . need to improved
Room nice with a little balcony Localisation perfect between fira and oila Shop and restaurant near the hôtel.
Room near the street a little bit noisy.
Good central location in Santorini, 10 minutes by foot from Thira bus station. Good brakefast. Rooms are very beautiful, i think they transmit the atmpshere of the Santorini and whole Greece.
Wi-Fi is slow or unavailible in faraway rooms
Staff, the whole family were wonderful Family run Transport was provided The Nother, Father and Daughter were superbly friendly and welcoming Breakfast was good Location
Nothing...I got what I paid for.
Near caldera view, very hospitable owners, nice breakfast, low price
Loved being picked up by the owner, felt safe the whole time we stayed at Stella's. The room was small but for what we paid was excellent. The pool was relaxing and clean, our Balcony was prefect for having dinners and enjoying Santorini without everyone else around. Prefect location! A good ten minute walk into town with plenty of restaurants and shops to keep you busy and a 2 minute walk from the most amazing view of the sun set
The bed wasn't the most comfortable but my sister said she didn't mind it. The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower without a door or curtain was interesting when it came to washing out hair. The wifi also was very weak in our room but that wasn't a huge issue
Friendly staff and good location. Close to city center, but quiet at night.
Wifi does not reach all rooms and comes in and out when near the router.
The hotel is ruled by a very nice greek old couple. They make everythig by themself but the don't attend many people, so it's quite acceptable. The room is a little bit rusty but otherwise everything is perfect. They are really kind and they will drive you to the airport or the port or recommend you the best local restaurant. Their english is not very good so be prepare to fight the language barrier a little bit, but if you are going to Santorini because of vacations I think fighting the local language is part of the charm :)
Good value for the price. The room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay for two nights, with a kitchenette (two rings, sink and fridge) along with some cooking equipment and crockery. The pool was clean and refreshing. View is towards the Aegean islands and not the Caldera side, but very nice. Breakfast was good especially the little half circle puff or filo pastries filled with feta cheese!
You get what you pay for and although other reports mentioned traffic noise, I was at the back overlooking the sea and only heard some traffic on the one way system down below. The couple who run the hotel did not speak English so some people had problems relaying their travel requests to the airport. This was resolved by getting the Tourist Office to ring her.
They picked us up at 3 am at the port and drove us back when we left. The breakfast was very good and the amount of food was more than enough. The swimming pool was very nice. The place is very well located between Fira and Oia.
There was no wifi in the room (it was specified when we booked). The owner spoke very poor English.
It was a good price and good location for Santorini
It was a little hard to find because it's a small place with no direction on booking.com from the bus stop. Also, the staff was very friendly but didn't speak very much English.
Very cheap, basic room but with all the facilities you need.Balcony overlooked the "other side"-Non caldera but very beautiful and saw the sunrise.Five minute walk to Firostefani for caldera view and walk.Good restaurants to choose from and shops available.Stella's breakfast was fantastic and ride to the port by Mr provided to and from.
No shower curtain proved to be an interesting exercise and with assistance we managed!
Lovely helpful staff. Good location (for the price) between fira and firastefani - not far to walk
VERY noisy room right on the road, hand held shower only, wifi isn't work in our room and was patchy in the reception area.
comfortable bed, although the hotel is situated by a main road, i could hear any cars, and the rooms were very cool..no need for A/C
the unfriendly owner, the worn towels and the poor breakfast..there was no filter coffee, no greek coffee and when i asked for a greek coffee once, I was told that it is not included in the menu( i am greek and know it takes 1 1/2 min to prepare it.)
Price is ok
