Nice room, clean, good place to spend night or couple of days if you have business near Ioannina. Not easy to find without gps (my case)

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was very convenient for us and we liked the hospitality. No internet access was supplied in the room, although it was promised. Also the internet at the lobby was not good and disconnected all the time.

η άνεση, η εξυπηρέτηση η καθαριότητα και οι πολύ καλή εργονομία του χώρου που δε συναντάς στη συγκεκριμένη τιμή κόστους. όλα ήταν πολύ καλά αλλά θα πρέπει να συντηρηθεί κάπως το κλιματιστικό δωματίου α4, το οποίο ήταν επαρκές αλλά παρήγαγε θόρυβο από τον μηχανισμό του συμπιεστή του πέραν των ανεκτών ορίων σε συνθήκες πλήρους ησυχίας του περιβάλλοντος (π.χ νύχτα).

Η πολύ καλή φιλοξενία της οικοδέσποινας και το πολύ καλό πρωινό της! Πολύ κοντά στα Ιωάννινα. Βολέύει για να μην "πήξετε" στη κίνηση της πόλης. Το σεντόνια για το διπλό κρεββάτι θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερα. Επίσης επειδή πέσαμε στα πρωτοβρόχια, το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο κρύο και δεν βρήκαμε πουθενά το τηλεκοντρόλ του air condition (βέβαια δεν το ζητήσαμε κιόλας)

Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την κυρά βασιλική.Ωραίο και καθαρό δωμάτιο,ωραίο σημείο και υπέροχο και γευστικότατο πρωΪνό. Η κυρία Βασιλική ευγενέστατη.Θα την προτιμούσαμε και πάλι!

πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό, ωραια τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά ζεστό ακόμα και με αναμμένο το κλιματιστικό και βρισκόταν στον δευτερο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ οπότε ήταν λίγο δύσκολα με το μωρό

πολύ φιλόξενη ιδιοκτήτρια , σπιτικό πρωϊνό , ησυχία και διακριτικότητα!το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ζευγάρια που θέλουν ένα πιο ήσυχο μέρος κοντά στα ιωάννινα αλλά και σε οικογένειες αφού τα δωμάτια είνα πολύ βολικά και άνετα και βρίσκονται μόλις 50 μέτρα από το σπήλαιο του περάματος.οπωσδήποτε να δοκιμάσετε πίτσα από την Panda pizza που είναι περίπου 100 μέτρα από το ξενοδοχείο!

Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο και σερβιριζόταν στην ώρα του! Σπιτικές σπεσιαλιτέ και σε άριστη ποσότητα. Η Κυρία Βασιλική φιλόξενη και εξυπηρετική.Στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στα Ιωάννινα σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά! Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό δωμάτιο με άνετο μπαλκόνι.

à 100m de l'entrée des très belles grottes de Pérama. Nous avions besoin de faire une lessive après une semaine d'itinérance en Grèce avec 2 jeunes enfants, la famille d'accueil ne nous a pas aidé : "la machine à laver n'était pas branché".

Καθαριότητα - τιμή - εξυπηρέτηση. Δυσκολευτηκαμε να το βρουμε, αλλα μόλις τηλεφωνήσαμε στην κυρία Βασιλική έστειλε αμέσως τον άντρα της να έρθει να μας δείξει το δρόμο, παρόλο που ήταν Παρασκευή βράδυ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

τη χειμερινη περιοδο δεν θα πρεπει να ενοικιαζονται χωροι με μονη θερμανση ενα μικρο κλιματιστικο , μετακινηθηκαμε στο dovitel και ολα ηταν υπεροχα κλεισαμε για 3 βραδιες και μειναμε μονο μια,γιατι η κεντρικη θερμανση δεν ηταν ενεργοποιημενη,λογο ελειψης πετρελαιου και το μικρο κλιματιστικο δεν επαρκουσε για το χωρο και ειδικα το μπανιο ηταν παγωμενο,.
