Studios Afitos

Overall, the studio was comfortable with an excellent sea-view balcony. We are a young couple and we were very satisfied from the staff and the studio. We highly recommend this studios.

The room was very nice and clean for the price.. The top rooms have a very very good view of the sea... The whole set up is good for the price..

The toilet is right next to the shower and you can not sit on it, on the map of booking.com it has this place in the same location of its father hotel "Afitis Hotel", but this hotel is around a 7 minute walk away up the hill....

The apartment was just right for what it was needed for.. i.e. sleeping, eating and showering. I cannot complain about the facilities because everything was working properly and you do get what you pay for. The view from the terrace was perfect, just the ocean on the horizon and the location was good, there was a beach bar about 10mins walk in one direction and in the other a 10mins walk into the town where all the bars, shops and restaurants are. There was a maid service, so towells and sheets were cleaned. There was also a phone in the room to contact the Hotel if needed. I found staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. I managed to lock myself out of my room at 2:30am one morning, I did have to walk down to the hotel- which is about 5-10mins to the reception but this is manned 24hrs. The staff were very helpful and drove me back to my apartment to let me in!

The only issue with location is the roads, they are steep, narrow and in bad condition. During summer months when Afitos is busy you can struggle with passing other cars and parking and perhaps the terrain is not so good for tyres. However saying that, Afitos is very easy to find by car from Thessaloniki airport. One other thing, it is nice to have a maid service but on my first morning I was woken up at 09:30am by the maid- please remember if you do not want to be disturbed then use the door notice and she will not bother you until you are ready! You also have to check in at the Hotel Afitis, which is a few minutes away from the apartments themselves- this was not a problem if you were driving but perhaps if you had to walk with luggage.

The room was more than enough considering the price. There is a small kitchen in the room and kitchenware is included. The view from the room was perfect. Mosqitoes may be disturbing. The hotel is a bit far from the studios but you can use the wireless internet in the hotel, the umbrellas and the sun-beds in the hotel's beach. Athitos is such a nice place with cosy taverns, friendly people...

Aerul conditionat prost amplast, lumina pe strada inexistenta, TV satelit slab-exista trei posturi TV cu o receptie sub orice critica, foarte multi tantari.

Sehr günstiges Appartement, das jeden Tag gereinigt wird mit Traum Aussicht. Dazu die Möglichkeit den Privatstrand des Hotels Afitis zu geniessen. In Geh Distanz zum Strand und zum wunderschönen Städtchen.

Läget! helt underbart, placerad på en höjd med det rena fina vattnet som utsikt.

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφη.

Η τιμή του δωματίου δεν ήταν αντίστοιχη της ποιότητάς του. Τα σεντόνια είχαν κίτρινους λεκέδες, το ίδιο και οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου. Στα 70 ευρώ που πληρώσαμε για ένα βράδυ, θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει έστω πρωινό!

Studio ima lepu terasu sa koje se pruza izuzetan pogled na more sto je I najpozitivnije.Gosti studia mogu da koriste sadrzaje hotela Afitis ( plaza, bazeni I sl. ). sto je takodje dobro, ali je sam hotel prilicno udaljen od studia. Osoblje hotela je vrlo ljubazno I uvek na usluzi.

Studio je mali, lose opremljen, sa katastrofalnim prilazom I do studia I pogotovo do mora. Nije tacno da se nalazi na "samo par koraka do plaze I mora" vec je sam prilaz do plaze neuredjen, kroz siblje I korov.

The view was spectacular, the sea was close and clean. The village was near.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, there was some external tap to wash the sand from the beach. The room was expensive for the facilities and services.

Αυτο που μ αρεσε ήταν η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού.Μέναμε στα Στουντιο γύρω στα 400 μετρα από το συγκρότημα σε λόφο με ωραία θεα .Το θετικό ήταν ότι κάναμε μπάνιο στην ήσυχη παραλία του συγκροτήματος χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση ξαπλώστρας και απολαμβάναμε και καφεδακι στην πισίνα επίσης εχει και ντουζίερες εντός του ξενοδοχείου.

Αυτό που δεν με ικανοποίησε είναι ότι δεν ανταποκρίνεται η ποιότητα με την τιμή όσο αφορά το στουντιο κόστιζε 54 ευρω η διαμονή χωρίς πρωινο το οποίο χρεωνόταν με 15 ευρώ!

We had a great time there. The staff was very kind and helpful. Even we stayed in the studios we could use all the facilities of the hotel, the sunbads, pool, etc. The room was comfortable, clean. We felt like we stay in a 4 star hotel room. The view from our balcony was fantastic. Everything was great there, we can recommend it to everybody.

Extremely polite and efficient staff at reception, helped us with everything we needed. Very clean, lovely view of the sea from the room.

One definitely needs a car.

Ruhige Lage, Mitbenutzung der Liegen am Strand des Hotels Afitis

Schlechte Wegbeschreibung zu Hotel und Studios, kleine Reparaturmakel innerhalb des Studios, Studiogroesse vergleichbar mit kleinem Hotelzimmer, Ausstattung der Kueche noch nicht einmal basic, keine gute Isolierung zu Nachbarzimmern (Geruch und Laerm), Originalpreis waere fuer 3 Naechte in dieser Reisezeit 600 Euro gewesen und damit extremst ueberteuert, wir zahlten fuer gleiche Reisezeit und Buchungsdauer nur 210 Euro, was dem Maximum entspricht im Preis-Leistungs-Vergleich, nur 3 Parkplaetze fuer eine Vielzahl an Studios

Piscina hotelului

-Dusul din camera care avea o presiune foarte scazuta a apei; - faptul ca persoanele cazate in studiourile Afitos nu puteau sta pe sezlongurile din preajma piscinei ci numai pe cele de pe plaja (cele din hotel erau destinate oaspetilor hotelului) cu toate ca aproape nici un sezlong nu era ocupat de nici un oaspete al hotelului. piscina se putea utiliza numai in aceste conditii; - desi era specificat ca seputea folosi internet wireless- nu am putut sa ma conectez de pe telefonul mobil. conexiunea nu permitea si conectarea de pe telefon.
