Angela and Niko, the owners, they live upstairs and are very kind with peope. They pick up you at the port and drive you the day you back, if you want. They ask every time if it is all perfect and if you need something. The balcony is big and very nice. Nothing, it is a very good place and we will come back with any doubt. |

A studio means that you can have a bit of a home on vacation which is very nice, and these studios are recently build. The owners are very friendly, thrustworthy people and will do almost everything to make your stay wonderfull. These studios are located at aprox. 10 minutes walking from the centre and 15 min from the beach. store and busstop just around the corner. |

Excellent patio and well maintained room. Angela and Nikos (the owners) are charming and also very quick to handle anything that may come up. Had a reduced rate of 245Euro for 6 nights and that was fine, but I don't know if I would pay more for a place like this. |

Location: it’s located in a quiet residential area in Naxos town. There are quite a few minimarkets/supermarkets nearby. It’s a little far from the port though – about 15-20 min walk, but it’s just 10 min walk from the beautiful St. George beach. Rooms: the studio is managed on a self-access basis. You’re given the keys to the room as well as to the main gate downstairs. Most of the time there’s no one at the “reception” (they run another studio called Stratos), but there’s a notebook where you can leave notes to the owners (e.g., the time you want to check out, the time you want them to drop you off at the port etc.). The room itself is on the small side – the kitchen and the bedroom is in one big room. It’s very new and modernly decorated and is very clean. The kitchenette are all there and sufficient to make your own meals. Even though it’s a studio, the cleaner comes every day and the room is always spotless clean. The roof top is very nice – you should go up and watch the sunset. There’s a hair dryer in the bathroom. Services: the owners (a very friendly couple) offer free port pick-up and drop-off. Just let them know the time in advance. They’re very responsive too – although they’re not always there at the “reception”, I see them every day and they always ask us if everything’s okay. The room is a little small. |

Because they had rooms open, we were upgraded to Stratos Studios for the same price. The family running the hotel was great and the local was ideal. Although the shower had newly installed glass panes, which was fantastic. The water leaked out from the bottom and got the bathroom floor wet if you didn't lay down a towel. |

Les gérants des studios sont très sympathiques. Nous avons eu la surprise qu'ils viennent nous chercher au port à notre arrivée (idem pour le départ) Pas mal de bruit devant notre fenêtre le matin (studio situé au RDC) |

Les propriétaires sont serviables et disponibles, ils viennent vous chercher au bateau (quand leur téléphone fonctionne) et vous y ramènent à la demande à partir d'un cahier d'écolier à renseigner la veille Sa situation, bien sur! Elle ne correspond en rien à ce qui est mentionné sur le site de Booking.com! On a l'impression qu'il suffit de marcher quelques centaines de mètres à partir du port, mais en réalité il faut parcourir plus de 2 kilomètres à pied quand on ne parvient pas à joindre l'hotel, car son téléphone ne fonctionne pas... |

Excellent rapport qualité prix (25€ par nuit !!) pour cet appartement, très propre, pas très central mais à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre ville (pas gênant). Les propriétaires sont très sympa, et très réactifs (bien qu'ils ne logent pas sur place) aux messages/demandes laissées sur le cahier de correspondance |
