I felt I am in my house because of the superb hospitality Maria and I want to advise everyone to stay at wonderful.Maria.........

I felt I am in my house and this is enough for me and for my wife..

It was a great place with an awesome owner! Easy to find in town, easy to get to the beach or other entertainment in the city. The room was always kept clean, the balcony was cosy to have breakfast on. We felt not like tourists, but like people living in Greece. =) The appartments have cooking fascilities if someone like to cook their own food. We would recommend this place to the people who are not picky and like to experience the authentic flavor of a destination.

Maria was really nice and the location is very convenient. I will stay here if I come to Kos again.

Accueil sympathique, gentillesse de la propriétaire et serviable en plus. Je recommande cet hôtel.

La posizione è buona si trova a 5' dal centro e dal porto. Se si riesce a prenotare a poco prezzo può essere una sufficiente sistemazione se non si hanno esigenze e ci si accontenta di 4 muri e un tetto sulla testa. La Sig. Maria è molto gentile e disponibile è una delle cose positive dello Studios.

I locali sono vecchi e avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata. La camera dove ero io era rumorosa, impossibile dormire con finestre aperte tenete conto che lo Studios è all'incrocio di due strade tra le più trafficate di Kos Town.

Abbiamo avuto la sola stanza della struttura con terrazza ed è la sola cosa bella del soggiorno allo studio desiree che salviamo l resto è stato di bassissimo livello, la struttura è fatiscente e senza le minime norme di sicurezza in quanto I fili elettrici non sono messi in sicurezza

La proprietaria della struttura è molto scorretta,in quanto reclamizza la struttura su booking fornendo informazioni che non sono reali come .l'uso della piscina a breve distanza dallo studio noi siamo andate una volta e la signora dell'albergo dove si trova la suddetta si è molto seccata in quanto non c'è alcun accordo tra di loro e x noi è stato imbarazzante, inoltre la mattina della partenza ci ha buttate fuori in malo modo svegliandoci alle nove dicendoci che alle dieci la stanza doveva essere libera, x non dire del fatto che ha usato il codice della carta di credito senza dircelo e senza darci una ricevuta finale ..inoltre camere su una via molto rumorosa ed inquilini fissi molto rumorosi.sconsigliamo il soggiorno visto che ci sono soluzioni molto migliori allo stesso prezzo

L'accoglienza della proprietaria. Ci ha fatto trovare fiori freschi in camera e aranciata e acqua minerale nel frigo.

Per quello che abbiamo pagato non potevamo petendere di più, ma i servizi non erano molto funzionali.

la disponibilità e la gentilezza della referente della struttura Sig. ra Maria, e la colazione con alcuni prodotti fatti in casa dalla Sig.ra Maria.

Das Zentrum von Kos und der KTEL-Bus zum Flughafen liegen in fussläufiger Nähe. Die Studios sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber. Die Betreiberin der Studios war sehr freundlich. Das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Die Studios liegen an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wir haben die Fenster geschlossen und die kostenfreie Klimaanlage genutzt.

La vicinanza al centro ed il prezzo 175 a settimana anche se poi alla fine è anche troppo.....

Non è un hotel, è un piccolo edificio in pessime condizioni: Camere pessime, sporche, arredamento indecente e vecchio. Veramente da evitare.

Personlig service.Trevlig värdinna. Läget.Några minuters promenad till hamnen. Flera supermarkets i närheten även restauranger barer.

Trafikljud då studion ligger nära centrum. Inget unikt.Samma oljud kring alla hotell i närheten då det är en ganska intensiv trafik i kos centrum.

La proprietaria è cortese e ti aiuta in tutte le necessità (per l'affitto della macchina chiama un autonoleggio non troppo distante con un prezzo di favore).

Spartano ma ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, adatto a gente giovane in grado di adattarsi, ottima posizione in quanto vicinissimo alla stazione dell'autobus ed al centro, per le passeggiate serali. La proprietaria, Maria, è gentilissima e molto cordiale e disponibile. Se avete la possibilità richiedete la camera nr 11, è all'ultimo piano, ha una terrazza grande ed è molto ventilata.

Frigorifero non ben funzionante, così come il lavandino del bagno, ma nel complesso ci si può adattare.

Ήταν μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή καθώς το προσωπικό και οι παροχές ήταν άριστες.Υπήρχε πολύ καλη διάθεση, φιλική εξυπηρέτηση και άριστη επικοινωνία.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Studio Desiree har ett bra läge, nära till strand och shopping.

Det är gammalt och behöver rustas upp, för få eluttag, liten balkong bl a.

Même si les chambres étaient un peu bruyantes, il est pour mon amie et moi, idéalement situé. Les lits étaient très confortables. Le studio était nettoyé tout les jours et les draps changés. La propriétaire, Maria, est adorable.

Nice budget studio. Excellent value for money. Excellent location; very close to the center and on the main road leading to other parts of the island. A very nice landlady. She prepares your breakfast and serves it to your room every morning when you wake up :) The room is spacious enough with a very large bathroom. Even though it's a budget studio, the rooms are cleaned every day. You have a small kitchen, air conditioning, TV and a tiny balcony. What's more, you have free wi-fi with a very good connection! :)

The studios are located on the upper floors of an apartement building; so at first you don't see a regular "reception" and might not know what to do. But don't worry, the landlady Maria is always around and she'll be waiting for you. Just walk up the stairs. The only downside would be the beds. As in all the Greek islands we've been to, the beds are uncomfortable compared to regular European standards. Either they are too hard or too soft. In this case it was too soft for us. But all in all for that price, the services, the location and the studio itself is very value for money. I recommend it.

χρειαζεται γενικη ανακαινιση.πολυ φασαρια λογω κινησησ απο τον δρομο.κατι αλλα ξενοδοχεια εκει κοντα στην ιδια περιπου τιμη ηταν σχεδον παρομοια.κακη ηχομονωση μεταξυ των δωματιων.ειδαμε και δυο μεγαλεσ κατσαριδεσ στον διαδρομο.δεν ειχε σαπουνια.

Staff veramente disponibile ma spazi decisamente angusti e fatiscenti
