The view is perfect

It's quite far from city centre if you need to walk there without a car, but taxi there is not expensive. 5Euro take you from the apartment to the city centre

The people who owned it were very very friendly and very generous. They took care of us like we were family. The rooms were a good size and the view from the balcony was great. There was plenty of parking spots and the area was quiet and peaceful.

The only negatives I can think of were the small showers and the semi difficult to find location.

It was a bit outside from city centre. If you didnt have a car or a motorbike it would have been difficult to get there

Situated on the landward side of the hill the property benefits from the morning sun with cool shade during siesta time. The views are over argostoli & the mountains, some road noise & barking dogs but generally v peaceful, v convenient for town or the beach if you have transport a struggle otherwise. Greek speaking Hosts v friendly & helpful. Basically furnished but kept spotless. We would definitely use again. Not easy to find follow airport - Lassi road past the resort to the brow of the hill turn sharp right to Spillia turn 1st right after the sign for rania studios & follow track follow to right at 1st bend, then follow to the end (past road marked private & small olive grove) hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

La struttura si trova su una collina da cui si può godere di una bellissima vista della baia di Argostoli. La nostra camera aveva un balcone, un bagno, tv, una piccola cucina dotata di frigorifero e piastre per scaldare I pasti. La struttura è molto curata ed accogliente, I gestori sono gentili e disponibili.

In generale mi è piaciuto tutto. I gestori non parlano inglese ma siamo riusciti a capirci ugualmente. La rete wi-fi non prendeva in camera, ma bastava spostarsi in giardino per navigare tranquillamente.

Very good location,3 minutes by car to Argostoli town and 4 minutes by car to the nice beaches of Makris gialos and Platis gialos. The apartment we stayed in had a nice view to the town because the property is up to a hill and was nice decorated.

The apartment was very clean at the arrival but nobody came to clean it or to change towels during our stay (5 days). We stayed in low season (October) so I don't know if they do the same in the high season. Anyway Rania studios is a good choice for somebody who prefer to stay near the town and the beaches. The island hasn't good bus connection so the car is necessary.

Mancava la tv satellitare

Amplos quartos e banheiros. Confortável. Proprietários muito amáveis embora só falem grego. óTimo custo benefício. Muito bem cuidado, amplo estacionamento, vista muito linda. A dificuldade da localização se supera pelo agradável local. Como alugar carro é fundamental nas ilhas, no final não chega a ser um problema.

Wi-fi é razoável.

οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλικοί, η θέα προς το αργοστόλι είναι φανταστική, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και με πολύ καλή τιμή σε σχέση με αυτά που προσφέρει.

la struttura , il panorama e la tranquillità

La posizione e' ottima, la struttura ottima e la grande ospitalita' dei proprietari nel rispetto della privacy. Il sig. Vasilis e la moglie sono persone sempre disponibili e cordiali, anche il Sig. Kostas sempre disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente da consigliare !!!!

La posizione geografica è senza dubbio la cosa migliore del residence in quanto è in collina quindi molto panoramica e vicino a Argostoli città situata in posizione centrale di Cefalonia e comoda per essere girata

Il fatto che I proprietari parlano solo greco e che all'interno dell''appartamento, che non è di 25 m, non ci sono utensili sufficienti se non richiesti, il bagno è molto piccolo, la tv non ha satellite quindi si vedono solo canali greci e non ha connessione wi- fi nemmeno a pagamento

Situato in location fantastica! Sia per la vista che per la posizione, a due passi da Argostoli ma isolata dalla confusione.

Credo sia stata solo una mia impressione ma ritengo giusto comunque dirla, ho prenotato con largo anticipo a causa di impegni di lavoro e grazie a questa tempistica ho avuto un prezzo con booking molto vantaggioso, questo sembrava desse loro fastidio. Il cambio biancheria è stato, rispetto a tutti gli altri alberghi Greci frequentati prima, ogni tre giorni invece che ogni due.

La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente io e la mia famiglia e' stata la grande disponibilita' e gentilezza dei proprietari ( Vassili la moglie purtroppo non ricordo mai il nome ) del marito della figlia Chostas . La pulizia e la regolarita' nel cambio biancheria.Insomma un posto dove dovremo ritornare in quanto per la sua posizione estremamente strategica per potersi muovere sull'isola io lo consiglio un po' a tutti.

Gestione famigliare dell'hotel, persone gentili e molto disponibili. Vista di tutta Argostoli da balcone della camera.

Si trova in collina vicino ad Argostoli, quindi serve sicuramente un mezzo proprio per spostarsi.

Beautifull view, large rooms well equipped, mosquito and bees free thanks to the owner's care, great garden with lovely flowers and trees. The owner's family are very good people and all of them are very hospitable.

Small bathroom/toilet. A bit difficult to bath kids in such a small place.

Camere pulite e spaziose, proprietari gentili, posizione panoramica (auto necessaria). Lo consiglio.

Nell'appartamento non ci sono utensili per cucinare (a me non interessava), si può fare solo la colazione e delle insalate. No internet free.

Buona l'ubicazione,nel verde,panoramico,pulito.tutto ok.

é situato in una posizione panoramica, è molto pulito, qualità/prezzo molto vantaggioso. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e ci hanno accompagnato in città per noleggiare la macchina

I proprietari non parlano molto bene l'inglese e a volte è un po' difficile spiegarsi

ποιότητα/άνεση δωματίου. εξαιρετική θέα. κοντά στην πόλη του αργοστολίου, αλλά όχι μέσα στην πόλη. εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε παραλίες. ησυχία. όμορφη κατασκευή κτιρίου. δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ. ευχάριστοι και εξυπηρετικοί ιδοκτήτες.

η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανικη, η συμπεριφορα των ιδιοκτητων αψογη και τα δωματια πολυ καθαρα και καλυπταν τισ απαιτουμενεσ αναγκεσ για λιγεσ ημερεσ διακοπων

Really nice hotel,I liked everything

Hard to find, even GPS did not find it

The room is a good size with a view if the coast. The hotel is a little hard to find at night, it's easiest to walk up from the road below and see where you need to turn in as it's easy to go round in circles on the hill roads.

The wifi had a poor signal and could only be used by going outside the room closer to the reception. Cleaning was sporadic, not sure when the room should have been cleaned or not.
