Sun Beach Hotel  

The pool is pretty nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large balcony.

No parking; a lot of noise from the nearby road; small elevators; the staff can't speak too much English.

The hotel atmosphere was really nice. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean.

Nothing about the hotel itself, apart from the tiny elevator which seems to be a standard thing in Greece. However, there was some noisy neighbours across the road which was a bit of a disturbance on the weekend.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a good pool.

The quality and variation of the breakfast could be improved.

Hugely disappointed as the room was not at the standard shown on the hotel website, which appeared superior. The drapes had holes due to sun damage, the walls needed a paint and the bathroom a facelift. When I voiced my opinion to the desk staff they did not acknowledge my concerns. Furthermore the area surrounding the hotel was dirty and looked abandoned, especially the camping area. Out of all the hotels I had booked on the Islands and mainland Greece, the Sun Beach Hotel was the only let down. Also upon entering the hotel the drive away was blocked by two cars, one obviously not used for a very long time - the silver bmw, with the cobwebs and flat tyres. The lobby also had an awful musty smell and the elevators did not operate smoothly. Hope this review helps in improving the standards of the hotel.

Exceptional staff, great pool, free high speed Internet peaceful location.

No hotel airport pick up as advertised, rooms not as displayed on web site, no mini bar, poor and unimaginative breakfast, portable tv with no satalite channels and poor reception. Wait for pool towels can be excessive , third bed in a 3 bed room was a portable type camp bed. Lift small slow and claustrophobic.

The workout room was not good.

Good location not too far from the city. Nice small village with cafes and taverns and decent beach. However overall the hotel had a casual, homely and traditional feel. Customer service was polite and friendly enough. Would consider staying again if offered a better room.

Room that i was given was probably not one of their better renovated rooms as it showed wear. Would have preferred a room with seaview. Still i would recommend the hotel to others.

Nice location with view on the sea, clean and spacious room. The hotel offers a beautiful swimming pool that, unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy. All the staff is very professional, kind and helpful, yet I want to give a special mention to Ms. Niki and Mrs. Olga for the unique treat. I will surely try to book again there next time I'll travel to Thessaloniki.

It was very quiet and comfortable.

It's far from the city, about 20km, but I guess that's the price you have to pay if you want silence and lower prices.

Él hotel estaba muy sucio, no tiene los servicios que ofrece, nos recibieron con ropa no adecuada para un hotel de 4 estrellas chancha y vaqueros la recepcionista, olía mal, la nevera no funcionaba, él aire no daba frío, él baño era muy viejo, él balcón las barandas rotas y oxidadas,

всичко без това което ще коментирам по-долу!

още с пристигането си поискахме на рецепцията да бъдем включени с доплащане или "ол инклузив" за храна ,или поне закуска и вечеря пак с доплащане-отговорът бе отрицателен като ни обясниха,че можем свободно да се храним в ресторанта!но ние не искахме по този начин-заради това,че бяхме с дъщеря ни на 3,7години искахме пълни удобства!поради тази причина не консумирахме нищо друго в хотела,освен 2-тенощувки. съжалявам за разминаването,но дори и тризвездните хотели предлагат допълнителни услуги като закуска и вечеря на блок-маса.просто този хотел загуби още близо 150 евро оборот! крайно време е братята гърци да се замислят дълбоко в тази тяхна измислена криза за мнооого още неща и да сравняват непрекъснато техните "супер" и "хипер" звездни условия поне с държавите около тях !!! само за сравнение може да видите навсякъде-и в македония,и в турция,и в българия дори какво предлагаха за интервала 6-9 септември четиризвездните хотели !

Die Bar des Hotels war nicht in der Lage "griechischen Kaffee" nach traditioneller Art zu zubereiten. Schade!

My reservation was for 3 people but there were 2 normal size beds plus a small portable bed, very soft for the third person. The breakfast was very lean and not for a four stars hotel. There was no bowl for the corn flakes so my children ate corn flakes to a normal dish!

Det varma och öppna mottagandet av personalen.Personalen har en genuin serviceanda och finns där för dig som gäst dygnet runt. Poolområdet är underbart med bubbelpool och vattenfall. Det stora utbudet och möjlighet till mat under hela dagen.

Frukostbuffen saknade färsk frukt och grönsaker något vi saknade. Då vi spenderade mycket tid vid poolområdet blev den enformiga och återkommande musiken i högtalarna ganska enerverande, mer variation hade gjort det hela bättre.

Bra beliggenhet, nær Tessaloniki, nær flyplassen men rolig. Grønne arealer rund hotellet. Veldig kort avstand til stranda. Eget strand med ren og gjennomsiktig vann.

Høy musikk fra cafe-restauranten rundt bassenget om kveldene!

Wir waren bezüglich eines kurzurlaubes 2 Tage in diesem Hotel. Pro: große Zimmer, nette Rezeption, freie liegen am Pool Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel. Contra: Whirlpool war defekt, poolwasser wurde nicht wirklich gereinigt. Zum Strand sind es etwa 400 Meter. Strand war leider dreckig. Sowohl mit Algen als auch mit Müll. Im Wasser viele krebstiere und muschelsplitter. Frühstück war ausreichend. In Ca 400m Entfernung gibt es Restaurants. Airport-hotel Taxi kostete einmal 20 einmal 15 Euro. Busfahrkarte nach thessaloniki kostet nur 1 Euro. Bus fährt alle 15 min. Fazit:Strand nicht so schön. Pool klein aber ausreichend. Preis war super.

Geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche Strand sehr dreckig und nicht einladend Zimmereinrichtung veraltet Matratze sehr hart Haben in zahlreichen griechischen Hotels uebernachtet, und das war in dieser Preiskategorie das mit Abstand schwaechste. Kann es nicht weiterempfehlen
