Sunny View Hotel  

The hotel was run by a nice, welcoming Greek family. The atmosphere was friendly and the food was home made. They really went out of their way to meet your demands. I like the structure of the hotel in bungalows with a bottom floor and a first floor, that overlooked the garden and pool. I also appreciated the barbacue grill and karaoke evening.

The staff is polite and very helpful, the hotel is located outside the center in the countryside in a quiet and safe area at 1 km from the beach and 3 km from the center of Kardamena (in my opinion this is the worse village of the all island). The rooms are clean and tidy and quite spacious with their own balcony, the pool is very useful and is keept in good order. The quality/price ratio is very good.

The furnitures of the rooms are very old style, the bathroom is very small and it hasn't a cabin but only a tent. Internet doesn't works (very rarely it works); the breakfast is all the same and it's a continental one.

Sunny view was a great hotel, I loved it. There is a nice swimming pool, every room has a balcony with see view. I really liked the people there, it's a family hotel and they take good care of you. The owner is really nice and his wife is a great cook! The bbq and karaoke nights are also fun.

It's not in a town, the nearest town is 5 minutes by car or a half an hour walk.

El personal hace agradable la estancia, desayuno aceptable, tiene servicio de comida si no apetece salir, la piscina esta muy bien, posiblemente lo mejor, no hay mucha gente, por lo que es tranquilo ya que es un hotel familiar y tiene una parada de autobus justo enfrente por si no apetece dar un paseo hasta el centro. Muy buena relacion calidad precio. Recomendable.

Queda un poco lejos andando del centro, unos 20 minutos, pero hay autobus y varios lugares donde alquilar moto, asi q tampoco es un problema, el mobiliario es algo antiguo por poner algun pero.

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale, la bella piscina, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la posizione: vicino al mare ed a tutte le belle spiagge di kos, facilmente raggiungibili con mezzi di trasporto a noleggio, e molto vicino all'aeroporto

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura modesta ma pulita, ottima posizione da cui partire per visitare l'isola, vicino all'aeroporto. La suggerisco per chi sceglie una vacanza per visitare l'isola, utilizzando l'hotel solo come "base" per dormire senza grosse pretese. E' necessario noleggiare un'auto o uno scooter per gli spostamenti, perché a piedi è piuttosto scomodo raggiungere sia il centro del paese (molto carino e ricco di vita notturna) che le spiagge. Consiglio il noleggio dell'auto a causa del forte vento e delle numerose strade in salita. La famiglia proprietaria della struttura è stata molto accogliente e gentile.

Unici due nei dell'hotel: il letto matrimoniale era molto piccolo (una piazza e mezza), quindi per dormire più comodi suggerisco di scegliere una camera con due letti singoli anche se si è una coppia. In bagno non c'era il box doccia, ma la tenda, era comunque complessivamente pulito.

Necessario un mezzo di trasporto.

Ottimo hotel, per cortesia degli albergatori (gestione familiare!!), posizione (vicino a Kardamena), pulizia e comfort. Buona anche la piscina.

La colazione discreta e sempre la stessa. Materassi un pò scomodi.

L'unico aspetto positivo è la cordialità della famiglia che gestisce l'hotel.

Gli aspetti negativi sono la quasi totalità. Più che Hotel dovrebbe essere classificato Ostello. Le 3 stelle ingannano il cliente. E' falso che sia stato ristrutturato nel 2008. Le camere sono arredate con mobili anni '70/'80; ogni elemento (perfino la pattumiera del bagno), sembra avere almeno quattro lustri d'anzianità; il climatizzatore si spegne se si apre la porta/finestra per far cambare aria; l'armadio è 1 metro quadrato e non di più; sotto all'armadio sono ben visibili numerose tubazioni scoperte; il bagno è piccolissimo e il lavabo è buono solo per I bambini; la doccia non ha il box ma solo una lurida tendina plastificata e la doccetta non si regge sull'apposito sostegno a muro. La colazione fa pena (un piattino di formaggio e prosciutto cotto; una torta - sempre la stessa; un solo tipo di thè; il latte viene scaldato con il pentolino).

Die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen sind recht ansprechend. In beiden Fahrtrichtungen befinden sich Busstationen direkt vor dem Hotel an einer Durchzugsstraße.

Die Zimmer (und Badezimmer) sind winzig, es fehlen Ablageflächen. Die spärliche Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Ein Balkon reiht sich an den nächsten; keinerlei Sicht- oder Schallschutz vorhanden. Das Frühstücksangebot ist äußerst gering. Das Hotel liegt weit weg vom Meer.
