The apartment is situated about 200 m. from the beach, but far enough from the noise of the main street. Situated on the 2nd floor it is recently renovated and furnished with all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The place consists of one spacious living room (about 20 sq.m.) with a fully furnished kitchen, a sofa bed, and a chairbed. From the living room you can go to a comfortable terrace, looking at the bay, though the sea view is limited. The bedroom (about 15 sq.m.) has access to anther terrace, looking at a green backyard, accessible for all residents of the building. The flat is air-conditioned and is equipped with electronic key card, which switches off the air-conditioning when going out. Smoking is allowed at the two terraces. Pets are not allowed. There is a free parking place on the street in front of the building, but do not be surprised if it is busy during August and July. Then you can leave your car on the next streets or at a free of charge public parking nearby. In Nea Irakltisa you will be met by a local person, fluent in Greek, Bulgarian and basic English.

The locals call Nea Iraklitsa “the Pearl of Macedonia”. It is a clean and calm village of about 1000 people - a cozy place of low-rise buildings, wide golden beaches, shallow azure sea, and a romantic small marina. There are several taverns and trendy bars on the beach street, but if you decide to mix up with the crowd, Kavala is only 10 km away. For a change there are dozens of kilometers of beaches in the area (Amolofoi beaches), situated among deserted downstream vineyards and meadows.
