Il servizio e la disponibilità del personale sono stati molto soddisfacenti, inoltre il posto è davvero molto bello, come anche la struttura alberghiera

La mancanza di canali televisivi internazionali

La struttura è nuova, pulita e ben tenuta. La collocazione è eccellente e le stanze sono ampie, luminose e ben arredate. Siamo stati solo di passaggio ma accolti cordialmente e con notevole professionalità da Alessandro (il manager) e dalla sua compagna. Un posto dove ci si sente a casa.

We liked absolutly everything in this hotel! Our suite was luxurious, staff more then just helpful, view from the balcony wonderful. hotel is situated in very pictureous place: mountains and sea are nearby.

Almost one minus of the hotel: plenty of stones on the private beach.

Very friendly staff, very clean. We had a very good time. Guests and staff are mostly Greek, but you get around with English.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Restaurant have good service, but Greek food can be different than the rest of Europe. At least the chef tries to do something different than most restaurants, and sometimes it works better than other times. View is amazing. Beds a bit hard, but personnaly I do not mind.

Maybe the hard beds, but that is to ones liking. I am sure they can do something about this if you ask, as they are very attentive.

We particularly liked the setting, between the mountains and the sea. The swimming pool was gorgeous, clean and provided lots of space to swim for both adults and children. The pool bar service was nice and flexible (they even prepared drinks for us they didn't have on the menu). The room was cleaned every day, with towels changed. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast variety and also the dinner arrangement (you can have buffet dinner at the location). There was always enough parking space. The personnel excelled in friendliness and capacity to respond to our inquiries.

The wireless network is working fine, but we had to sit on the balcony to enjoy it :-) - which, of course, was not that bad, as we we had a great view towards the sea.

Friendly and well trained staff, great food, nice atmoshere and reasonable prices. 10 minutes distance from the center of Lefkas.

Το ξενοδοχείο καταβάλει φιλότιμες προσπάθειες να εκπληρώσει αυτά που υπόσχεται με αρκετή δόση ειλικρίνειας,Δημιουργεί νέα τμήματά όπως ο παιδότοπος που εύχομαι σύντομα να λειτουργήσουν...Τα δωμάτια του είναι πραγματικά ευρύχωρα ακόμη και για τα Αμερικανικά standarts με πολύ ωραία θέα.! Οι υπεύθυνοι δείχνουν απόλυτη κατανόηση και προσπαθούν να 'αποζημιώσουν'τυχόν εκκρεμότητες ή παρεξηγήσεις με τον καλύτερα δυνατό τρόπο ώστε να μην αφήσουν κανένα δυσαρεστημένο.

Γενικότερα τις παροχές που σχετίζονται με διασκέδαση - αθλητισμό για την αξιοποίηση του ελεύθερου χρόνου .Οπωσδήποτε αξιοποίηση της παραλίας που δηλώνει ιδιωτική αλλά βρίσκεται σε απόσταση τουλάχιστον 500 μέτρων έξω από το ξενοδοχείο και χρειάζεται να διασχίσει κανείς και τον κεντρικό δρόμο που βρίσκεται ανάμεσα τους.Πολύ ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος και η δυνατή μουσική από το pool bar που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από τα δωμάτια!Τέλος θα ήταν πολύ πιο ευχάριστο να χρησιμοποιείται ένα αρωματικό καθαριστικό για την καθαριότητα των δωματίων που αν και εξαιρετικά καθαρά μυρίζουν διαρκώς χλωρίνη όπως και τα σεντόνια τους.

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Άνετα δωμάτια. Εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Θερμή υποδοχή στο ξενοδοχείο. Καλές εγκαταστάσεις.

Μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο μπουφέ (πρωινό). Ηχομόνωση δωματίων. Αύξηση προσωπικού στο μπουφέ.
