Loved the pool and staff. The breakfast staff were amazing. Rooms were outdated but big and sufficient.
Views were amazing. Staff were fantastic .
Lacked attention to detail!
Nice view from pool area. Some staff were very nice.
The breakfast buffet had a poor selection. Some hotel staff had an indifferent attitude . Very expensive for what it is.
The hilltop location was stunning and the bar and pool area a wonderful place to soak in the sunset views.Staff were all delightful.
My room was average - rather uninspiring and less than I was expecting for the money. Mini bar held only 2 or 3 soft drinks and no coffee making facilities. The photograph of the pool is totally misleading - it is actually about 4 sq metres! - as someone who loves to swim, this was my biggest disappointment.
The view from the pool is amazing The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
The water in the Jacuzzi were not hot enough.
Everything was perfect, the staff, hotel, view, pool, interiors, location to town and beach.
Having to leave.
I loved the staff, so friendly, so attentive to your every need. The food was lovely, hot tasty and lots of breakfast. The room was well appointed and had a great view. Oh and the sunset, beautiful. :-)
It was a little too quite for me. Lacked atmosphere of an evening as everyone goes out.
Particularly the staff - they were very friendly, professional - the best staff
The decoration of the hotel - a bit tired
The staff, from Elsa at the reception to the last person that takes great care of the guests, providing things you haven't even thought off. Very nice premises and always a great view of town
That we had to leave.
Very friendly staff, especially Giannis at the restaurant who gave us tips on how to enjoy the island. Food at the restaurant was nice. Hora (town) is interesting and very beautiful.
Weather was cold despite the sun, probably due to early season. It's about 15min walk to town from the hotel, lots uphill roads. Local transportation not very organized, best is to rent a vehicle to move around.
Friendliness of the staff and very helpful..
Staff, views, peace and quiet, food and drink
Guests smoking at breakfast
The staff were incredible -- especially Maria and Christine in the kitchen and the woman working front desk (unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but she was incredible!)
Nice pool area, amazinggly nice staff, nice view
breakfast could have a bit more options
staff was amazing
Main patio / restaurant are is very comfortable with stunning views of the sea and town. Quality of food and friendly staff.
Lack of reliable wifi connection in the guest rooms.
everything except location and view was really bad.
One staff member was really nice and helpful - Christine. View from the deck/rooftop area is breathtaking. Nice decor there too.
This is NOT a luxurious hotel at all. Extremely basic. The worst 5 star hotel we had ever stayed at. Bathroom felt dirty. It was like a bathroom in a B & B. The room was also awful. SO cheap and tacky. It was a budget 3 star experience. Very disapopinting as it was NOT cheap.
No even one hook to hang the towels
wonderful staff and excellent location just outside the center of Mykonos town
poor wifi service
Beautiful location amazing view from the patio deck and jacuzzi area.
Food wasn't too good. And rooms were not big enough after paying 200 euros a night, I expected better
