Good value for money 1/ fix all rooms includind chapest/ now it's not 5 star level. 2/ hire more personnel - 3 waiters for the whole hotel is nothing! do not try to save money on personnel. |

This is a well run hotel and was very clean and tidy. It would have been nice to have a heated swimming pool as it does get chilly in October. It would also have been nice to have a kettle and tea making facilities rather than having to return to the hotel bar every time. |

it was on the beach the plug in the bath didnt work, the cleaners of a morning were loud and woke us everymorning......the tv only had 3 working channels, wewrent aloud n certain parts of the hotel, no tissues in the room, and soap wasnt replaced so we ran out |

The staff was excellent. When they discovered it was our honeymoon they bent over backwards to make us feel very special. We will gladly stay there again if we are ever back in Rhodes. |

Nice decoration in the room, kind personel. It has all that a good hotel is about. The lights in the room are not enough and the swimming pool would be better if it had tiles. |

The staff in the restaurant are very pleasant and courteous. The Pool area was lovely especially as the sun lounge area is literally on the beach. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum as tables were uncleared and we had to wait ages just for a cup of tea - this was down to being understaffed. No welcome book in the room explaining facilities or emergency numbers and location. In the middle of nowhere. |

Great welcome and excellent service. Very friendly and efficient hotel staff. Luxurious suite. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Good location. As we had a very good price via bookingcom and an upgrade at arrival at the hotel, value for money was excellent. |

The facilities were excellent, and one or two individual staff members were very kind. many staff were brusque, at worst downright rude. at times it seemed as if the running of the hotel was slipping away from them |

Very good staff and room very clean. We were never told what or where we were meant to be may be because we arrived at night but it would have been nice to know the procedure expected and no promised gift. |
