Located in the centre of Portaria, the Lotus Tree is a restored 1884 mansion offering spa facilities and free Wi-Fi. It has a terrace enjoying panoramic views over Makrinitsa village or Volos. Πολύ ωραίος καινούργιος ξενώνας με όμορφη μινιμαλ διακόσμηση και ωραία θέα. Πολύ καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Η φιλοξενία ήταν μοναδική! Η κοπέλα στον ξενώνα είναι απίστευτα εξυπηρετική, φιλική και πραγματικά πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Ότι ώρα ξυπνήσουμε παίρναμε πρωινό χωρίς να υπάρχει χρονικός περιορισμός. Ο ξενώνας είναι πολύ κεντρικός! Η πρόσβαση στο πάρκινγκ είναι όντως λίγο δύσκολη για συμβατικά αυτοκίνητα αλλά για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα το να παρκάρουμε 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από τον ξενώνα.

- Το ένα και μοναδικό άτομο που ήταν εκεί 24x7 για όλες τις δουλειές, όποτε το πετύχαινες ήταν πάντοτε χαμογελαστό. -Ωραίο στρώμα και μαξιλάρια στα κρεβάτια. -Δεν είχαμε minibar στο δωμάτιο, κάτι που δε το διευκρινίζει πως δεν έχουν όλα τα δωμάτια. -Δεν υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα στο δωμάτιο ποτήρια για να πιούμε έστω ένα ποτήρι νερό από το μπάνιο!! -Δεν είχαμε 24 θέρμανση, με αποτέλεσμα κάποιες ώρες το δωμάτιο να είναι πάγος. - Παγωμένοι όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορείς να σταθείς χωρίς μπουφάν (πχ. στον χώρο του πρωινού κ στο σαλόνι της ρεσεψιόν). -Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό, και σίγουρα όχι παραδοσιακό. -Μόνο ένα άτομο 24x7 με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορείς να εξυπηρετηθείς όταν έπαιρνες τηλέφωνο. -Το τζακούζι, σπα κλπ που λέει οτι προσφέρει δεν λειτουργεί. -Δύσκολη πρόσβαση. -Καμία ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια. -Κλειστοφοβικά ΜΙΚΡΟ μπάνιο. Ένας υπέρβαρος, ή ψηλός άνθρωπος δε χωράει να εξυπηρετηθεί σε αυτό το μπάνιο. -Μικρή τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο. -Ακριβό για τον απλά αξιοπρεπή ύπνο που σου προσφέρει. -ΔΕ ΜΠΟΡΩ ΝΑ ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΩ ΠΩΣ ΠΗΡΕ 4 ΑΣΤΕΡΙΑ, ΑΦΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΠΡΟΣΦΕΡΕΙ ΟΥΣΙΑΣΤΙΚΑ ΤΙΣ ΒΑΣΙΚΕΣ ΑΝΕΣΕΙΣ.

το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο, καθαρό με ωραία διακόσμηση. δεν λειτουργούσε τίποτα από τα spa - jacuzzi κλπ, ενώ τα συμπεριελάμβαναν στις παροχές

Hôtel récemment aménagé dans de beaux vieux murs. Décoration et réalisation de grande qualité. Notre chambre était très agréable, avec une belle vue sur Volos. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très gentille et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner servi à l'heure que nous avions choisie, tôt. Merci pour tout ceci. Le chemin d'accès empierré, très pentu et étroit nous a paru vraiment difficile, presque impraticable avec un véhicule de tourisme de taille moyenne. Les abords ne sont toujours pas terminés, comme il y a un an, et monter nos valises n'était pas du tout commode. Un rideau manquait à la douche, nous condamnant à inonder la salle de bain. Nous regrettons ces réserves, car cet établissement a un très beau potentiel.

Η cosy αισθητική του ξενώνα, το πολύ ωραίο πρωινό, η πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση. Η ησυχία που απολαύσαμε. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού που για τα δικά μου γούστα έμοιαζε ανατομικό, δηλαδή πολύ σκληρό.

ανακαινισμενο αρχοντικο σε πολυ καλη θεση, με εκπληκτικη βεραντα και θεα. τα δωματια ειναι ευρυχωρα, καθαρα με προσεγμενη "μινιμαλ" διακοσμηση. ο πρωϊνοσ μπουφεσ ικανοποιητικοσ.

η ιδιοκτήτρια του ξενοδοχείου μας υποδέχτηκε από την πρώτη στιγμή με εγκαρδιότητα, και η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη. η καθαριότητα του δωματίου καθώς και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλές και η τοποθεσία άψογη. ανεπιφύλακτα θα το συνιστούσα για ολιγοήμερες αλλά και περισσότερων ημερών εξορμήσεις!
