the location is about 10 minutes walk from fira. So you do not get as good sea view as you would with fira hotels.

Good customer service, attention to detail. Excellent linguitic ability of the staff. Very welcoming and helpful with travel and dinner recommendations.

Pool and pool bar could stay open longer. What could really push this to a higher rating would be to have the staff set up lounge chair towels for you and circulate with drinks menus etc. It was basically a self service pool with none of the finesse a hotel as expensive as this should have.

Most staff were very friendly and helpfull. Also they appreciated that guests were not getting what they expected.

Rooms were of poor quality and the hotel was understaffed to give 5* service. Cold food. No Swimming after 19.30! Off duty staff getting drunk at the bar.

We really liked the design and location of the hotel. The staff were excellent and the hotel is just beautiful.

The only thing Id mention is when we arrived our room wasnt ready in spite of the fact that I had emailed two days before notifying of our arrival. But they were helpful in getting us a room to layover in for a few hours so it was a minor thing.Otherwise Id recommend the hotel without question.

Excellent service culture, interesting architecture, great views, very honest cleaning ladies (I left my wallet with lots of money accidentally in room. Nothing was taken). Unfortunately hotel is located directly on a busy street but rooms are protected from noice and there is a great view on the Calendera from the rooms.The heated outdoor pool was great as we had partly poor weather.

The cosmetic services are overpriced and of mediocre quality

Localizacão para visitar o centro de Santorini, conforto do hotel, bom café da manhã. Bel a piscina, apesar da agua fria nesta epoca do ano (final de agosto). Acesso gratis para internet wireless e free interenet no lobby com impressora, se necessario.

Poderia haver aquecimento da agua par possibilitar aos turistas que não visitam a ilha no alto verão poderem desfrutar do relaxamento à beira da piscina.
